Okay here's my problem/question i guess, I'm trying to get in shape and get ready to start training for Mixed Martial Arts. But the main thing right now is that I start to get back in shape. I know what I need to do and I know how to do it. My problem is getting up to do it, like I try to run in the morning but I end up oversleeping or when I wake up it's like my half awake self doesn't want to go run.
My question is how do I motivate myself in the morning to get up and go run or how do I make it easier for me to get up earlier in the mornings?
