Okay here's my problem/question i guess, I'm trying to get in shape and get ready to start training for Mixed Martial Arts. But the main thing right now is that I start to get back in shape. I know what I need to do and I know how to do it. My problem is getting up to do it, like I try to run in the morning but I end up oversleeping or when I wake up it's like my half awake self doesn't want to go run.

My question is how do I motivate myself in the morning to get up and go run or how do I make it easier for me to get up earlier in the mornings?

I have the same problem waking up and exercising as a healthier lifestyle. But its all about motivation. Going to bed earlier and waking up on time and fully awake is all up to you. I motivate myself, "When I get up tomorrow and go to the gym I will reward myself to a subway sandwhich." or something along the lines of "When Im done at the gym, I will come home and play video games for an hour."

Its all up to, find something that will motivate you to get up and get ready/fit. Let it be a girlfriend/boyfriend, snack, games, hanging out with friends.

My goal in the past has been self improvement. That motivated me to get up and work out. I do not like the idea of our planet, our nation, becoming obese. The thought makes me cringe.
