Kokuungakure

This very tiny village came into existance when a group of shinobi abandoned their village's. They came together and settled into a valley southwest of the Grass Country. They lived and prospered in this valley for many decades and became known as the Freedom People. Then, over the course of one year, a dramatic change occured. A new group of people came and joined the ranks of the Freedom People, and brought with them a dying bloodline. These people live in harmony with poison moths, an almost extinct breed of moth, that now only survives because of the small clan's moth breeding. For several months after their arrival, everything went on as normal, but this quickly changed when the moths began to make their home amongst the trees and caverns that surrounded the valley. The entire valley underwent a drastic change. A thick, poisonous black smog encircled the valley, further seperating the people from the outside world. The air around them became filled with the toxin the moths emit from their wings. The trees became gnarled and blackened from housing the moths. The caverns themselves became unpassable due to extreme amounts of the toxin filling them. Even the tiny stream that ran down the mountain into the valley became polluted and undrinkable. But even with all of this change, the people still lived in peace and were seemingly unaffected by the change. The clan was fully immune to the toxin of their moths, but the rest of the people were not, at first. With the help of the clan members, the people became immune to the toxins and were able to live in the valley. Another year passed and the people lived on. During the course of this year, they decided to become a shinobi village and appointed one among them to be the Kage.

Now, because this is a very small village and still remains in isolation, their kage has not been recognized by the 5 big countries and are not considered a fighting nation. That being said, they do not have an army nor an academy, and is not a "village" in the sense that guild members can choose this as their village. They cannot. this is a merchant village that happens to have a bloodline clan. Amongst their many wares for sale, they also offer the services of their bloodline clan. Meaning, anyone in any village (Leaf, Cloud, Sound, Sand, etc.) can "buy" a clan member. (You can create a shinobi with this bloodline in your villlage if you have bought the right to do so. This would be using the Guild Economy System. If you need more explanation on this, feel free to pm me about it).

NEW CLAN: Yuudokuga Clan ~ The Toxic Moth Clan

The members of this clan play host to a unique breed of poisonous moths, much like the Aburame Clan of the Leaf Village. They attach the coccoons of their moths to their skin. This allows their chakra to flow into the moths and in turn, once the moths hatch, they will only respond to the clan member who hatched them. However, once the coccoons hatch the Yuudokuga do not physically host the moths in their body, but instead live in harmony with the moths. After many generations, they formed a bond with the moths and developed a fighting style using this relationship and developed an immunity to each of the moths different toxins. The immunities are genetic and are passed through the blood at birth, so each clan member born has the immunities already. Much like the Aburame, the Yuudokuga are also generally very smart, but since their relationship with the moths differs from the Aburame's relationship with the kikai bugs, the Yuudokuga also differ. Each clan member has a parent moth that accompanies him/her. The parent moth is a fully grown toxic moth that lays the many coccoons the clan member then hatches.

Effect: After gathering the moths together, the Yuudokuga Clan Member forms the required handseals and transform the moths into an exact duplicate of the clan member. This lasts until the moth clone is harmed by an attack in which the moths will disperse from the clone.

Effect: After forming the needed handseals, the clan member commands his/her moths to release a toxin on the foe that can either stun them temporarily, poison them, or put them into a deep sleep.



Miscellaneous Village Information

~ A merchant village that sells rare goods that cannot be obtained anywhere else. They also sell their bloodline clan's services to the other nations and villages. Though they do not have an army of their own and do not train their shinobi.
~ The village is surrounded by a highly toxic gas that cannot be penetrated without use of a special gas mask, or if they are a resident of the village or a clan member.
~ The village is run by akatsuki/sannin level shinobi. If their way of life is threatened, or if you attempt to kill or do kill any one of the moths that thrive around this village, they will arrest you and use force if necessary. There is also NO fighting allowed in the village and they will arrest you for that and use force if necessary.
~ All this village wants to do is maintain neutrality and be left alone, but they also know if they want to survive in this world, they have to have money. That is there goal, to cut a profit off of the other nations by selling rare items and the services of their single bloodline clan. Keep in mind, when you buy a member of this clan, you ARE NOT getting a high level character. Quite the opposite, you are buying the rights to CREATE a GENIN level character. So I am not selling super powerful shinobi to the nations. It is quite the opposite. While i will be creating the stat increase for the starting level, I will also be creating the basic jutsu. Other than that, each person who "owns" the character will also have the creative rights to what jutsu their character know, so each member will be different unless they learn another clan members jutsu FROM the clan member.
