As we all know, the US is having the Presidential election is this fall. We all know that it's pretty much between Obama and McCain. All the other people running are just kidding themselves and wasting millions of dollars.
Back on topic. Who are you pulling for? If you can vote, who will you vote for? (If you don't mind sharing that is) If you cannot vote, who would you vote for?

I'd vote for Obama. I think a younger president might have some different views and could be a good change for this country. On the other note, McCain is my dad's age... I think that's a little to old to become president, even if he's healthy, he might croke mid-presidency xp

I'm voting for Obama. I like what he talks about, hoping it's all genuine. And McCain just creeps me out eek
I'm hoping that if Obama does become president, people are smart enough to not start any trouble because he's black. Kind of worries me like that.

I wouldn't vote. Both choices are so poor. Obama preaches about 'change' and 'peace', but Kennedy said the same things... and he was assassinated. He's just appealing to young people and those who are overly concerned with race. And McCain is just like the other presidents we've had. I'm just glad Clinton isn't in the race anymore. You could tell that behind that plastic smile she wouldn't do anything eventful for this country. Obama will win. That's the horrible truth. And then bombing will ensue. [obvious pessimist]

Obama since McCain had someone make that video comparing him to Paris and Britney, and I just love them. (:
I would vote Obama for many other reasons. Plus the Republican got us back into this huge debt.
Gah.

I like Obama. He's a very strong public speaker, and I can see the resemblance to Kennedy in that he really shows passion and energizes the crowds. I also prefer his policy choices over McCain's for the most part.
If McCain got in, though, even that would be better than the current administration. I have a feeling McCain would at least stick to his promises of fiscal responsibility more than Bush ever did.

I agree.
I don't think either are entirely intelligent choices, but Obama seems to be the lesser of two evils.
At least it's someone that people like, not just someone people are voting for.
Younger is better in my opinion anyways, and at least he's not promoting putting nuclear powerplants (although he did start saying we should do coastal drilling. sad )

Obama comes across to me as quite intelligent, but I guess we all look for different things in our leaders. And in his defense, McCain seems fairly intelligent too; I just don't tend to agree with some of his policies.
I'm not in favour of more coastal drilling either, but I like Obama's willingness to compromise. After all, he's been saying all this time that he can unite the parties and end the bitter divide that has been in America for years now, and what better way to prove it than to already start making some deals with the other side if it helps make progress by getting the other side to agree to some compromises too?
