As life goes on for this pack, they are faced with a massive dilemma; their old packs, the ones they had left, have banned together. In the confusion, the original packs that had kicked doomfang's pack members out have found out of this new pack, under the alpha who is addressed as, "Doomfang". Feeling that this new pack would be a threat, potentially because of the fact that these wolves could possibly seeking a revenge of some sort, a means of getting back at them for throwing them away like garbage, even as some of them were pups not even grown into their paws yet. They are afraid, very afraid, and through this strange, outcast pack has not played the first move yet, they could be starting to. The only thing is, Doomfang's pack is not seeking revenge. In fact, they have only just heard of this. There are mixed feelings though. Some would like to take the first steps forward and attack this possible threat, wiping out a great number of wolves, and also have a tasteful revenge for those who desire it. Others, the more docile and meek, are willing to let the other pack attack and simply intimidate them, not start bloodshed, but encourage them to flee, or at least convince them that they mean no harm. Unfortunately, that will be nearly impossible, as many careless wolves from this new pack have already solitarily gone to try and take down Doomfang and her pack members. The nervousness and tension is starting to rise in the pack, no one can feel like they can trust their own environment, their own friends, and out of most things, one inference can be made from most of the wolves; there will be bloodshed.

Deep within the woods Chaos laid within his tentacle dome. His tentacles made a projection of a mist that spread out throught the forest.

Syra's paws cautiously brushed the grass, barely touching the ground while while she warily ran. Just the day before, she had been jumped by an ugly brown wolf with a gray face embellished in scars. She shuddered. That experience was terrifying. She had almost been able to get into the lake to swim from him and tell the others, but he had managed to bite her hind leg and jerk her back yelping. As he pinned her down, she recalled hearing something that he said that went something like, "They can't be this easy to kill". Before he could land his teeth on her throat, she twisted her back and kicked his stomach viciously, sending him away in a mixture of pure hate and pain. Since yesterday, she had been on her toes, and now that this smoky mist seemed to came out of nowhere, it didn't exactly help. She needed to find someone. But who? She had not seen most of the pack members for a while now. Not exactly helpful. She made a count in her mind. Me, Xephyin, Chaos, and Steele. Not exactly plentiful. And if more of those ugly wolves are coming, I don't think we'll quite be ready. She needed to find someone, anyone, in the pack, and soon, before she or another wolf had to face another one of those odd wolves. With that, she padded along a little more quickly, trying to scent anyone near.

Within the dome, Chaos was nearly asleep while watching everything within sight of his tentacles that were still floating around everywhere. "This place is boring," he said to himself, "I could liven things up a bit with a few illusions, but that would anger a few of my packmates, Oh well." He suddenly felt something brush past one of his tentacles. He moved his tentacles outward, opening the dome. He looked around, but didn't see anything. He stretched all of his tentacles out and tried to see anything at all. Before he could sense anything, a strange wolf dashed at Chaos from the shadows. Chaos couldn't dodge the attacker because of the stress on his body and his tentacles couldn't redirect fast enough. The wolf tackled Chaos to the ground and pinned him down easily. Chaos was on his back staring straight up at his attacker. "Why are you here?" he asked, "You abandoned me? Why come and find me? Much less attack me." The wolf put it's paw on Chaos' throat. "You're not as defensive as you used to be," she asked, "Have you finally learned how to control that other side of yours? It's a shame that you won't live long enough to benefit from it." The wolf bit down on Chaos' neck, but hesitated for a moment.

Xephyin ran through the thick fog like mist, searching for Syra. Her mind stayed in the aura of her sister. She didn't want her getting attacked again, at least, not without her knowing. I can't belive I didn't make it to her in time to kick that mutt's scaggly tail clear out of the forest. He wounded her, not badly, but I refuse to let her get hurt again..... She sniffed the air, but the scent of the mist masked everything else. "DAMN IT CHAOS I DON'T KNOW WHY YOUR DOING IT BUT STOP!" Whoever got to Syra most likely heard that, but I don't care. Let them try to lay a paw on me. They will not harm my sister.

"These breeze is so nice," Zagir's fur slightly shifted in the warm breeze, the top of the trees shuck ever so lightly. She lay on one the highest branches in her tree, the branches at this hight would only hold a her weight, so she could be left alone. "Ah, why can't the world always be this peaceful, no fights, no complaints, just quiet," the sun warmed her fur, bird sang there songs, and the sound of leaves brushing together in the wind. HA to many branches for anyone to fly up, and no way the branches can hold anyones weight but mine... SWEET.

Not far from where she was, Syra heard an infuriated sounding voice echo through the trees. Xephyin, no doubt about it. She picked up the speed as fast as she could go, and pinpointed where her sister would be, not even caring to halt a bit when she was just around the other side of the tree when, BAM! She definitely wasn't thinking, because next thing she knew, she was flying! Well, of a sort. She was flung a couple feet into the air while bashing into Xephyin, and she landed a few feet away with her muzzle rooted in the ground and her hindquarters sticking up slightly. "Vrephyn!" she shouted to her sister with a mouthful of dirt. Somewhere very close by, she could hear some other sounds, possibly another wolf, but only with Xephyin's aura sensing would she ever be able to find out what that could be.

Xephyin kicked her sister aside, not mentioning the fact that she was worried. "I see you're fine and stupid as ever....' She rolled over and shook herself free of dirt. Her ears pricked. She heard something. Freeing herself from her sisters aura, she searched around for the next nearest ones. There were two, one was Chaos' and she didn't know whom to the other one belonged. "Come on, Chaos need help."

Chaos wrapped his tentacles around the wolf. "Yeah, I've changed a bit," he said, "SO GET LOST YOU PEST!" He lifted the wolf into the air and threw her into a nearby tree. Before Chaos could throw her away, she dug her teeth into his neck. So his throat was cut in the process. He got up and wrapped one of his tentacles around his own throat to stop the bleeding a little. "I hated all of you from the start, anyway," he said looking down at the injured femme, "I don't have a problem with killing one of my old friends. So, Why would I hesitate to kill a loser like you?!" He stabbed one of his tentacles through the femmes forearms to prevent her from escaping.

Her gaze hardened at once and she followed Xephyin without a word. If that wolf was like the one that she met before, then Chaos could be hurt, or worse. With Xephyin leading, they broke through an undergrowth, and what Syra saw beneath them was shocking. Blood. A couple blood specks, and in the corner of the forest, Chaos; pinning down an unknown femme with his tentacles. A pool of blood forming around her. And as if she had waited for them to arrive, a piercing howl emitted from her. It was so pained and hating. She couldn't take it. Jumping down hastily, she shouted at the top of her lungs, "Chaos, stop! Don't kill her! Stop!"

Xephyin didn't say a single word. She ran scilently, and attacked scilently. She lunged at the femmes head, hitting it full force with a forpaw. She head it make contact. She didn't even cringe. She leaned in to the femmes ear and hissed, " I don't know what your buisness here is, but this is our territory, our land, and he is my packmate. No one harms my forest, or my pack."

Chaos looked up at Xephyin and Syra. "Uhh...S-Syra, Xephyin," he said surprised at their arrival, "W-What are you doing here?" He pulled his tentacle out of the femmes legs. He looked down at the wolf he had nearly killed. "I was just getting reaquainted with an old friend," he said, "But she had an accident. And I was just cleaning up the mess." The wolf slowly got up and coughed up blood.

Syra didn't say a word after, giving Chaos an almost hard look and turning to the femme. What's happened here?" she almost asked authoritatively.

Xephyin backed up." I don't recall you ever having friends Chaos. But I really don't care why she's here. She needs to leave. This isn't her territory." Xephyin walked back to her sister's side, kicking dirt at the femme as she did so. "Leave." Her voice was cold as ice, and just as hard.

The wolf looked up at Chaos as if she were looking for something in him. "That monster tried to kill me," she said honestly, "He's always been abusive, but he's never attacked me like that." Just then an older wolf walked up from behind the trees. "My, my, Chaos, look at how much you've grown," he said, "You look about twenty years younger. If only I could do the same." Chaos turned and saw the elder wolf. Before he could say anything the wolf quickly knocked Chaos against a tree. "You still can't beat me?" he asked, "But your powers have changed so much." He quickly moved towards Chaos and pinned him against the tree. Chaos moved his tentacles towards the brute, but he cut away his tentacles at their base. "You...I hate you so much!" Chaos said, "Why can't you just stay away from me!?"
