Charis ma was her name, and she had woken up to hell. A special Hybrid Xin-Tra, a mix of Fox and Hare, she was quite the specialty. And quite a flirt as well. Her main job had been working as a secretary for a business near the research facility. That business had gotten the Flak from the attack and now stood in rubble.

Coughing as she wakes up, Charisma groans. There was something pinning her legs down. As she attempts to move, her mind goes back to those last few minutes...

"Mr Cogson, I have the reports for you..." This was said in a low voice. In the office a fat man was killing his chair by sitting in it. He belived Charisma had a thing for him. She was getting quite the salary at the moment.

"mmm...thats good. perhaps you can come in and read them to me..and help me relax." he patted his thigh with a suggestive grin and she giggled.
"Oh mr Cogson, your so great to me..." In truth, she hated the fat blob, but whatever got the money eh? She was clothing the door when her sensative ears had picked up something.

"Is that the sound of reentry thrusters?" she murmured as she looked towards the ceiling, ignoring the fat mans efforts to undo his pants. Then, she heard something else, something that was being broadcasted by mind. A mental image by a Developing Newtype whos terror had broken through the floodgates. Enemy Mobile Suits where decending on the nearby Research Building, guns raised!

Diving over the desk the fat man belches a curse...then there was a massive bright light...

Now, covered in dust and debry, she realized that the fat mans bulk had actually saved her from much of the debry. His flesh was boiled away, and part of her side was burnt as well, but he had saved her. Grunting with the effort, she pushes the beam away from her legs and stands up, testing to make sure they are okay. Dusting herself off, she looks at his corpse. "No more midnight games eh? Well, cant say im disappointed." Then she looked towards the rubble of the town...

Rico groan rolling towards the bedside table swinging his fist down like a hammer onto the alarm clock smashing into splinters, then lays face down on the bed unwilling to wake up. The sounds of large scale combat muted in the distance as he grumbles "&^%@ing thing".

A particularly strong shock wave causes him to fall of the edge of the bed onto the floor, Rico sit up with a snap, "Oh (*^% fell asleep too close to the dam edge again." He groans standing up and looking at the alarm clocks crushed remains. 'That's the 5th one this week hell half my pay seems to go to those dam things' He thinks miserably as he stretches. "Great another day another &^#@ing waste of my time trying yo save up for a ticket out of this worthless little sink hole" Rico grumbles under his breath Walking over to the small little window he hangs his head out to get a breath of fresh air, then looks up quickly hearing the sounds of gunfire. "What in Hell is going on over there?"

Rico vaults over the bed and grabs the fist pair of jeans that come to his hands beginning to dress him self hastily. 'What the hell is going on over there? Least I live on the outskirts of town other wise I'd probably be roast meat by now.' He thinks briefly before rushing out of his apartment and begins to sprint toward the sounds of battle. Soon after the MS leave the base in smoking ruin Rico arrives and takes a moment to catch his breath.

jorel who had been camping in the woods far outside of town had heard the late knight distress call and had hoped in his gundam and headed out as fast as he could but after the 4 hour trip it took even by means of mobile suit he new the town would be tost by the time he got there was he came close he picked up a zoid on his scensers he checked the data and saw it was a lightning siax he hits the come "hello zoid pilot identify your self were you involved in the attack??" he continued on towards the town he saw the destruction as he landed in the center of town the only surviver he saw at first was a battered drunk old man laying on the ground jorel saw he was still breathing and landed close by

General Steel stumbles into the rabbit girl, making sure to cope a feel as she props him up. He stunk of alchohol, so he wasnt surprised at her comment. Charisma was someone that he liked quite alot, at least to the point where he could handle drinking with her. She had so far never told him off for his massive intakes.

"Ya, thats right. The town crazy is one of the few that are left over. Oh, and the town bike eh?" he raised a eyebrow towards her, expecting to get hit. He didnt know if the rumors where founded or not, nor did he really care. Groping was about as far as he would go with some animal chick.

Looking about at the destruction of the town he grimaces. "I doubt they would have just shot up the place. They probably left some kinda bomb I bet. Hehe, we should head to my hanger..."

Hanger? Ya, he had talked for a long time about his mech and ship, talking about how he should break it out of that secret hanger that nobody had ever found. Fish stories, or so everybody had assumed. Would Charisma, or anybody else follow him to this? He had been right about the attacks...

Kro hadn't been in town long when the explosion went off. Damn it this would screw everything up he thought. He had been in town for a bounty he'd been hunting. A sneaky little thing. Sneaky and smart responsible for only pissing off the wrong people. When the explosion hit it destroyed almost everything including his hopes of ever finding the little guy. He started gliding down one of the streets on his junkcycle (his motorcycle made out of junk and constantly being worked on). After a few moments and lots of noise he got to a street where there were a group of people gathering. He ticked his tongue, the little b*****d wasn't there. he raised his voice "Hey any of you see a little guy run by here or anything?" He scratched his nose "He's short, wears baggy clothes, and is kinda green. Hard to miss."

Kro starts laughing raucously, points a finger and smiles "Why dontcha just make him stay off? I mean he looks useless enough" Kro gets off his bike and walks over, still smiling "Nah I'm jus kiddin but shouldn't smack the old fool? He looks like he might fall over at any second" He glances at the drunk "Hey! Old man sober up! Is this how you prepared? By getting your a** smashed?" Kro walks out a little "Damn little b*****d, where'd he go?! #$@%!!! damn I'm never gonna get paid at this rate."

Steel falls to the ground laughing. Sure, he had earned himself a headache, but it was worth a couple of moments of Squishy. he lay there, spread eagle on the ground, laughing to himself as Kro came over. Snorting and chuckling as he got himself under control, he lifted his head up to eyeball Kro.

"Foo! Cant you see im already fallen over! Gawd, kids this age!" He crawls back onto his hands and knees, only to notice something. Shading his eyes he spots a Zoids and what appeared to be a gundam.

"Gawd damn! Would you look at that! Wernt here when the attack happened. Guess Im not the only one with mechs hidden away." Chuckling in a nearly insane way, he totters off towards the bar...or what remains of it.
