The Land of Crinitia This is a land of mountains, forests and fjords, of marsh and deep lakes. Its story is told by the old redwoods that grow tall and wide, and in the foot of the mountains which crawl to the sea. Rocky fjords line the eastern sea of ghosts where the myst tells the stories of old fishermen.
There is little room for farming as most of the country is engulfed by other mystic features. Wood is an important part of the economy in Crinitia as it trades with Vvraeden for grown goods.
Toward the center of Crinitia lies a mix of farmland and desert. Though because of its dry climate, it’s rare that crops turn out and many farmers seem to give up. Not even the water spirits choose to help in that area, for it’s said a fiery sun god was buried there.
South is the Sea of the Draugr where the myst is so thick at times you can barely see a foot in front of you. This haze is rumored to be the souls of old fishermen and people who had drown at sea. On some occasions, Crinitians have told of mysterious shapes calling people into the sea to drown with them. These are the shapeshifting Draugr.
The deep forests of Crinitia are footed by marshland and bog. This is where the product “Geneva” is grown for consumption (a very important fruit for Crinitians as this is of their own water). Faries and other mystical creatures are said to live here because of it’s secretive and lively appeal. There are also old tree forts built in the woods where the ancient Crinitian tree peoples once lived (I wouldn’t bother with them though, they’re out of their tree.)
