I made some mini carrot cakes and cookies today. People are paying me cash monies for them. cool

lol, I made carrot cakes too a while ago biggrin
With unripened cheese-frosting and chopped hazelnuts on top
They were sooo good...
I don't bake that often, but I was thinking about making pie with raspberries and blueberries soon.
I was at my dads yesterday and their yard is filled with berries *yum*

Poundcake is fun. There are just so many choices when it comes to baking. Guess I'd have to say bread of any kind is my favorite. I love them carbs. 3nodding

Me and my mates have monthly "bake-a-thons". We make loads of buns, cakes and melting moments. Baking is a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. 3nodding
