This is a very fun game, but it can be a little confusing to those who aren't familiar with it, so here is an explanation:
One person posts a song title. Then, the next person posts another song title, BUT the new song title must have at least one word in common with the previous title. For example:
If the first person posts:
Happy Birthday ~ Traditional
Then, the next person may post:
If You Want to Be Happy ~ Jimmy Soul
and the third person could post:
If She Knew What She Wants ~ The Bangles
See how it works?
Now, there are some guidelines. You may add an "S" to a word to make it work with your title, such as:
Person A:
The Rose ~ Bette Midler
Person B:
Two Dozen Roses ~ Shenandoah
Or, you may change the tense of a verb:
Person A:
Cry, Cry, Cry ~ Highway 101
Person B:
I've Cried My Last Tear For You ~ Ricky Van Shelton
However, other than that, you may not change a word.
Ready to try it? Here we go:
