Mist swirled around the young blue kit as he sat there. Asleep. Oblivious to the world around him. Of course, he was a god, what did he have to worry about? Other then his two brothers. One was super greedy, the other just like to collect random things. He was the odd ball out of the three of them. More like their father-mother figure. Not like their father-father figure.
He didn't even have any markings like his siblings. He was simply all blue, with some black. Even his gem was black. His ears were odd compaired to the others as well. Why? He didn't care. He liked being different and being able to do something they couldn't. His powers to control mist was the best. He loved to float around with it. It was his own way of flying. Well floating. He couldn't go too high from the ground.

 Xanthor watched his brother with greedy eyes. oh he wanted his brothers power of mist as it could add to the many things he wanted to obtain! being the god of greed had its perks but it made him the most selfish, greedy Ulaya ever. sneeking towards his brother the god of mist, he planned to snatch that damn mist for his own gain.

Cadence picked up his brother's smell and woke up. Of course, it wasn't a very fast wake up. He stretched and yawned, and the eyed his brother. Who had, since they were boxes, tried to still his mist. It was quite annoying and he didn't like it. He didn't know that Xanthor couldn't steal it. No, he though that he'd be able to some day. Maybe not now, but later. He didn't know his brother's power.
Which was what scared him the most. What if he had the power to take other god's powers away. And keep them for himself? He took a few steps back from his brother. "Don't make me bite you." He said threatening.Perhaps it only needed to touch him to take it away. No... no, if that was the case, then he'd have taken it from him long ago.

Xanthor had a greedy glem in his eyes as he slinked closer to his brother. " do we always have to go through this? you know im bound to get what i want eventualy since i ALWAYS get what i want." grinning, he hoped some day if not now he would get ahold of his brothers mist but little did he know that he had no chance in hell to obtain it and that would make him want it all the more. not even he knew his own god power as he was well just the god of greed who could use ones desires to get what he wanted.

Cadence frowned at his brother for a moment and just eyed him. He could easily get away with floating just above his brother's reach. Unfortunately for Xanthor he was the only one who couldn't actually stop touching the earth and hover. Which was what Cadence liked best about it. He didn't need to know how to do that. He could stay on the ground, far away from him.
He made mist form around his four paws and lift him up slightly just in case Xanthor tried to jump at him. "In all my power, Xan, I won't let you take my mist." He couldn't imagine being without it. Being mortal like most everyone else. It just made him feel a bit nauseous. Not that mortals had anything wrong with them, he just didn't think he could be one.

Xanthor snarled and eyed the mist greedly while slowly taking a step forward." try all you like to stop me but i am bound to get what i want. we go through this all too much mist" laughing himself at his brother, the one thing he hated was the fact he had nothing special about him. oh he was a godling and that certianly was somethign specialy but he really and no specialy powers which is what made him so greedy along with the fact he is the godling of greed.
