He does have that type of personality. I did some research, and yes. That was originally how Falco's character was going to be, because how his father treated him, and the bad examples he set for him during his youthful years. But they decided to change it, because of the more youthful kids playing the games. However, they did decide to leave the Anger Management problems, along with some sarcasm in with it.
