Or you can do what they do for stage and use grease paint makeup, which doesn't need excessive scrubbing to wash out and pluck out your eyebrows in the process. And it also doesn't involve putting toxic acrylic paint next to your eyes, where there's a mucus membrane to readily absorb said toxins.
IMHO, this is one of those solutions where cheap is most definitely
not the best answer.
I see your point...and I agree with the warning about toxicity. However, before purchasing acrylic paint, if it's going to be painted directly onto the body, everyone SHOULD look at the label. Most acrylic paints sold in the little cylinder tubes (not the toothpaste tube packaging) are non-toxic, and say so right on the label.
I do believe that this tutorial is a lot safer than other methods. Say, dying your eyebrows at home to make them blonde. 9.9 I know people that have done it, but thankfully, nothing terrible has happened to them.
