Umm... Dororo. He's pretty badass when he wants to be xD Also, when he first showed up in the manga, Giroro remarked that Dororo's fighting abilities were much better than his own~

By favoritism I would pick Giroro. However, with skill Dororo would win. Its more of skill type that would cause Dororo to win. Giroro has a great fighting style, but speed and stealth could be his downfall.

Well, I think that Giroro knows he's not as fast as Dororo, and they're pretty evenly matched when it comes to setting traps and avoiding being trapped in them(maybe Giroro is slightly better though).
I think their battle would rage on for days and ultimately being a test of stamina and ability to retain resources.
If Dororo were to win(easily), he'd have to disable Giroro's ENTIRE arsenol in a matter of minutes, and even then make sure they couldn't be put back together ever again. but for Giroro to win(just as easily) they'd have to be in a barren open landscape so that Dororo would be left with the materials he brough, and would eventualy run out of.
Of course either situation could be easily created with a huge devistating blast, which makes me lean toward Giroro winning. Why? Because Dororo would never harm the environment like that. I don't think he has the guts to go all out.
