Do they honestly have to make a movie about penguins migrating? I can see it on the discovery channel, but in theaters? Ya penguins can be good at anything but....in theaters? I don't understand confused

Hehe, good topic. I've been wondering about that for awhile now. Though I think penguins are really cool and wanted one as a pet when I was younger, the movie seems a bit... well. Not really something worth going to.

"March of the Penguins, narrated by Morgan Freeman" first time I saw that... my reaction... "*spits out drink* WTF?!" Does Morgan really have to stoop so low as to narrate a movie about Penguins? Yes... nature's tuxedo... but what the hell? I love the penguins... but I just don't know why someone would won't to make a movie...

So you've seen the movie? Was it a documentary or an actual movie with a story? I'd prefer a story so I don't have to learn about something I don't care about.

I'm thinking of creating a new story called .55//Blood Contract.
Think of crazy characters like in Sin City, and think of plot twists as in Quentin Tarantino(currently favorite director). I know that isn't a lot of detail but it is basically filled with dark characters in a grungy city with guns and evil. I might change the name though, it just needs something different. Anyway, what do ya think?

Sounds good. Make sure there's a lot of schlock in it. In homage of Q, of course. As far as the penguins, it's a great movie to bring a g/f to. They'll be cooing through the whole thing. "aww... it's SO cute!" Heh... I should talk; I was doing the same thing.... ninja On the downside, it is kind of awkward to try to make out in the back of the theater to a penguin "lovemaking" scene.
