For Destiny Islands, try and beat all 4 rookies to start your practice.
Tip:
An order worthy of this would be...
1. Selphie (on the dock sitting)
2. Tidus (Playing with his sword)
3. Wakka (Being lazy nearest to Selphie)
4. Riku (Sitting on the Paopu fruit tree)

Here's a spoiler for you:
To get the easiest level here's what you pick...
1. Pick the staff for inner strength. And if you really think about it, Riku is more of a warrior than Sora is. And if Roxas was in this, then Roxas is more of a warrior than Sora. Besides, Sora and Donald fight alot like they are brothers or something. Tee hee hee.
2. Get rid of the sword. What the hell would you need a sword for if you have inner strength?
3. For what is most important to you, it's Friendship.
4. For what you want out of life, you want to broaden your horizons.
5. And you are afraid of getting old.
If this doesn't say your adventure begins at Dawn, then pick the being number one for the most important to you. The others are correct.
