One of the main things people ask me is 'Did that hurt?'
My answer: Hell yes it hurt! Its a needle piercing my flesh!
My piercings that hurt most were the tragus, septum, and my tongue being re pierced.
But my tattoo i was way more scared than i should have been, that was a breeze cool
Discuss:
* Do you tell people it hurt?

i'm a huge pain wimp...or i'd have a lot more by my age..
when people ask how much my tattos hurt i tell them it really dind't hurt and kinda felt ggood..except when the artist got around my collar bone

I'm a massive wimp, I had a blood test today and I cried and felt sick and now I'm showing off the bruise and demanding sympathy! I'm also due to give birth in just over a month which is terrifying to me, however when it comes to tattoos and piercings... GOOD GOD I LOVE THE PAIN!!!!!!!
Even the sound of the tattoo gun makes me really horny for some reason! I also had a habit (before I got pregnant) of randomly piercing my skin whenever I got bored or drunk, whether I put a ring or bar in there or not I'd do it lol
Its not the pain that does it for me, its the adrenaline rush and the satisfaction of making something pretty smile
Body decoration, its like repainting your house!

I love the feeling of getting a tattoo! I love the anticipation more though. The beginning is great, the middle I'm still hanging in there, but by the end, I just want it over. My artist is fabulous, but has a heavy hand. The constant digging, oh, but the results are great! The top of my foot and the inside of my wrists were the worst. It burned bad! But, my lower back, no problem. Healing though, my back was the worst and my foot and wrists were no problem, go figure. I love the sound of the tattoo machine too, it is a very sexy feeling being in a tattoo shop. I love the atmosphere almost as much as I love getting the tattoo. But just before I go in, I get nervous, like when I go to Disney World! (I love Disney World!) 4laugh It's the excitement and the thrill of it all. And yes, I do tell people that it hurts! Most people I come across say they couldn't take the needle. I'm kinda strange though, I like pain (good pain) and have a high threshold for it. wink Oh, but when it comes to Dr.'s and getting blood taken, they have a hard time finding my veins, so I always bruise terribly and I definetly look for sympathy from my family. I'm a big baby then, just like you Luna. biggrin

i love the pain ...but i am afraid of needles.
i actually love getting tattood..its relaxing to me and i may or may not fall asleep

i like the pain of getting tattooed and pierced, and the adrenaline rush is the best, i really don't mind pain of needles XD

When people ask me if my tattoos hurt I tell them heck yes they did!
The one that hurt the most was probably my lower back one, but all of them hurt extremly badly towards the end. Except for the ones behind my ears. Those did not hurt at all.
I don't mind the pain at first or in the middle, but once it hits the tail end of the tattoo and you've been sitting there for 4 1/2 hours that is the worst feeling in the world.
But I never get nervous or sick before I get a tattoo. I enjoy it and I'm excited. But when it comes to piercings I get nervous and sick and I almost pass out. I don't know why.

I have to say that I didnt feel the tattoos on my arms much, it just felt like the area getting tattoo'd was getting really hot, the one on my back really hurt whenever the gun went over my spine but there's lots of me either side of my spine so the rest of it was ok lol I reason that if you compare the pain from tattoos with the pain most women experience every month then its not so bad and at least you're getting something at the end of it, unlike at the end of your monthly cramps!

I usually tell them it didn't hurt, because it didn't! At least, not for me. ><
Before I got my first, REAL piercing, I had the lowest pain tolerance in the world. BUT, after I got it done, I had a really high pain tolerance.
I actually like it!

Tattoo pain I don't like. confused
Piercing pain, I do.
The most painful piercing I have, I think, is my tragus'. They crunch when the needle goes through. .-.
I really don't mind the pain of a piercing, but tattoos, please just get it done. gonk

Piercings are insanley easy. People ask all the time "Did your tat hurt?" My response is, "Lets take a row of sewing needles and jab them into your arm, then you tell me" Easiest part for me though was the shading and coloring. It went numb around there. I really didn't have any problems with pain until my artist got to my shoulder and the area around there. That's when It REALLY started to hurt.

Deidara2008 I love pain I am on an airsoft team I like the pain from piercings. I'm not really a masochist except for that pure adrenaline moment. It's... addicting... I'm gonna get a ladder down my spine! O_O

I've never had a problem with needles. I nearly fell asleep when getting my first tattoo. Don't think I could ever get one in a spot where I couldn't watch though enjoy watching the creation process.
But I'm kinda nervous about getting my tongue pierced cause I plan on getting that done next time I'm back home don't know how much it will hurt since just accidentally biting it makes me yell and curse up a storm.
