I finally went to sturgis about 3000mi in 5 days of riding for my vacation there they have really nice twistys a lot of switch backs, 3 of them was a nice 400 degree turn hard to believe right? one of them I got to ride without any one slowing me down that was fun. then on the down hill portion there were a lot of stupid Harley riders that just plain suck they made me so mad that 10 yards into it i shifted into neutral and road 7 miles while still having to brake so I don't rear end them not only were they going slow but they were braking in the middle of the corner(a big no no. ) Man Harley riders suck and thats why I hate Harleys. So the craziest thing i've done on my bike is ride 7 miles in neutral!

Leaning into a left hand corner and trying to touch the ground with my outstretched gloved left hand. I've yet to succeed.

I wouldn't be too eagar in flipping off a group of riders riding in a large pack with outlaws or hells angels on thier backs though. Whats the protocol, when you come up behind a biker gang. Do you join the back of the que and have a nice conversation with the dudes at the back? Are you allowed to zoom past or must you just hang at the back and not join in or what?

From my personal experience...
If you come up behind a cruiser gang don't do anything, just wait patiently till you can pass them. It's good to have a mirrored visor like I do so they can't tell if your staring at them or whatever. When you can pass take the chance. If you're on a straight road with at least one other guy on a sportbike though, it's usually ok to just break the double line as pass with your buddy.
Most guys won't bother you if you don't bother them though.

I'm pretty lenient on saying this because I sometimes do stunts on public roads and speed as well ( I try to save it for the track though. Lol) but that was just squid s**t right there. Helmets at all time holmes AT LEAST. Stunting or racing, full gear, no exceptions.

I actually wear a helmet, gloces, and jacket all the time. I just didnt gear up because we were in a parking garage, so i figured not to worry about traffic. I have'nt tried a stoppie since that wreck though lol.

If you're stunting at all you need gear. That's just common sense.

Avoiding flying metal, plastic, etc when a high speed crash (car ran a stop sign and t-boned another) happened right in front of me... Almost lost it but I zig-zagged around everything and avoided kissing pavement. Wasn't till later I realized how close to death I actually was. Thank goodness that car was in front instead of vise versa. Damn cagers...
Near death experience counts as crazy right? neutral

There are no lights. It's not even a 4way... its just a "look both ways before you pull out,"... they just ran the stop sign and went right into the road where both me and the car had the right of way. And since its on the other side of a hill, you can't see anyone until its to late.
It's a death trap really...
