for those of you who forgot them, or didn't read them one the guild home page, here are the rules of the guild.

rules

1.) Be literate.
2.) chat speak is not allowed except during ooc posts, and in the main forum (unless asked otherwise by other members.)
3.) be respectful of the other members. (any rules they make for their thread are to be considered guild law...breaking the rules of a thread will be punished in the same manner as breaking a guild rule) also, a member can ban another member from their thread by placing them in a blacklist in the first post of the thread.
4.) keep it clean. follow the tos. we don't want to get shut down by gaia for breaking the rules. ((anyone caught cybering, or any other extreme rule breaking (hacking, ect) will be BANNED IMMEDIATELY and not allowed back. the first time i see the need to ban someone this severely, i will make a blacklist thread)
5.) Please post threads where they go. (gaming in gaming, anime in anime, ect.)
6.) The main forum is a place for normal conversations. You dont have to always rp here.
7.) have fun, meet new people, and rp to your hearts content!
8.) please post in the new members forum first
9.) If your leaving the guild, or worse, gaia itself, please quit the guild, or notify me or one of the vice captains
10.) this is the MOST important rule: NO GOD MODING!!! first offense will be a warning, as will the second. repeated offenses will result in removal from guild. If you believe some one is god moding, please send me or a Vice Captain a pm with a link to the page the alleged god moding took place. it is the VC's discretion, and their word is final. if they say,"no, (s)he's not god moding" then (s)he's not god moding. if they say the person is god moding, then the god moder immediately losses the fight/contest, and the thread owner (the person who posted first...or who ever they leave in charge) will be notified.
11.) No quoting posts. if you get confused place the name of the person you are replying to at the beginning example
((@ygorago))"I see you have the script for the school play, does that mean you'll be in it?" kaisune asks. this is so it is easier for other people to jump into an rp. if you don't want people to interrupt, there is a private rp section. this also cuts down on page stretching.
12.) If you know you wont be posting in the guild for 48 hours or longer, notify your rp partners, either by an ooc post (or a post in the ooc thread) or make a thread on the main page telling people why you're leaving. (no one needs to know your personal life if you dont want them to. "person problems" is reason enough to take leave of the guild for a few days)
13.) I can and will add more rules as I see necessary.

also, the main forum is for general hangout. use it like chatterbox, or lifestyle discussion, or whatever subject you want.

you can make your own threads, and your own rps. if none of the active rps interest you, or if you have your own idea, start a new thread, in the appropriate subforum.

also, private rps doesn't mean just 1x1 rps, it means any restricted posting rps. if you wanna have a place for just your friends, then post the usernames allowed to post in you thread in the second post. anyone caught posting in a private thread that isn't on the list will be warned, and their post deleted.

We want as many roleplayers here as possible biggrin so please try to recruit any that you meet :3

If you believe I need to add a new forum for a type of RP that I dont have one for, please pm me and I will take care of it.

If you are joining without an invite, please put the person who referred you in your join request, if no one referred you, then put no one referred me.

as the guild gets bigger, i will appoint more crew members, and they will be assigned sub-forums. any complaints about other members are to be made in the first thread in the forum, with a link to the page(s) the complaint is about, always titled "this is a _________ RP forum" the name of this forum will be changed to "(moderator's name)'s room" Complaints are only valid if they are about activities within the guild. We aren't baby sitters, your personal drama is just that, personal.
