NO OFFENSIVE COMMENTS.
This is like the kind of outfit I WOULD wear for the first day of school.
Oh and YES, I need to work on anatomy, hands, and...... idk.

GIVE ME SOME TIPS OF MAKING THIS PIC BETTER!!!

Oh and do I draw GOOD?

It's not bad. Like you said you need to work on anatomy, hands, etc. The first thing you should do is stop hiding the hands. I used to do that when I was younger and all it does is make your art boring and take away about 90% of your potential. The sooner you start trying things you think you can't do, the sooner you'll accomplish them. That goes for everything else- feet, legs, poses, anything that you struggle with.

<3 Keep practicing.

You draw amateur. Yes, I agree with ninz. When I was little, I used to hide the hands too cause I thought (more like knew) they would look crappy if I showed them. I like the face but everything else could use a lot of work.
Your colouring could be better. The hair could be finer. It seems too jageddy to me. And for a girl, she's a little...stiff and..flat >.< No girl is THAT flat...as far as I know... Also, it's a tiny bit...sketchy. You should clean it up.

=D Practice makes perfect~ =3
so cliche..lulz

Seen better, seen worse. As you and other people have said, you till need a lot of work. But that comes during practice and time. As for the hand thing, until recently, I've been hiding my hands also. But then I've seen some great works and decided to improve myself. For hands, I find it helpful to use my own hand as a model. And it'd be better if you'd smooth the lines of the hair. Instead of drawing sketchy lines, use a more consistant line for inking/final drawing. As for the coloring, I can see your drawing in color pencil. What makes your coloring look A LOT better is if you color using a circular motion, not the linear motion. It can be a bit more time consuming, but it's worth it.

LOVE your avi by the way.

Hey, I improved on my drawings. It should have no smudgies, and hand SHOULD shape a bit better. THanks for everyone who are supporting me!
