It’s that time again where a sacrifice is needed. A young man, a shrine maiden, meant to be sacrificed to a god, kept pure for this purpose only, is offered. However things do not always go as planned. There is another that decided to step into the scene. Not purposely mind you but things always seem to happen for one reason to another. Now a forbidden relation has come to be set in place or will be if things go anywhere at all. Only time will tell how this forbidden relationship will go as well as how it may come to effect others around it.

Characters Username: Oritasho Name: Ashta Age: 14 Appearance: long black hair that lingers past his slender hips, his body shape is slender, high around 5'5. He had deep purple eyes surrounded by thick black eyelashes, his lips full and a soft tone of peach. Personality: Ashta is a sweet and caring you uki, he was born and raised without any real family there, He is a love child who cares deeply for nature and is always walking around the woods and river close to the shrine History: his parents gave him up to the shrine when he was born sense then he had been alone with no one but the priests living at the shrine. Other: He sings like an angel Username: KagonaX Name: Shirohashi Thaydios Age: 18 Appearance: Shirohashi Personality: Shirohashi is the type to appear somewhat cold towards everyone he doesn’t know. He’s the type to be cautious and takes the time to think over his actions before doing anything if there is time to. He is overprotective as well as possessive of what he considers to be his. He doesn’t go trusting anyone right away. He can be a patient person but at times he can have a rather short temper and barge into things without thinking. He can definitely be rash and stubborn at times when he has something set in mind to do. He goes with the flow of things and can’t stand the idea of being retained in anyway. He does not hesitate to do what he thinks is necessary to get by and get what he want. History: Toyohashi’s Monashi was a mortal and his Sashino was a horse god. He was conceived by the two during a single night they could be together and his father was in human form. It was after that night his father had to leave unable to stay in the mortal realm with his mother. His monashi was naught but a simple villager raised amongst a middle class family. His parentage, on his sashino’s side, was kept a secret, until his birth where it could not helped but be noticed. It was shortly after that his monashi was taken away and killed. His monashi had done an unspeakable act for even coupling with the horse god known as Riuna who was known to be a god not praised by those considered good. Being a god looked down upon by those who praise the more ‘pure’ gods. With that penalty against his monashi, Coira, he was killed. Leaving Shirohashi alone with a family that did not desire him either. However there was one, his monashi’s monashi took it upon himself to take him elsewhere to be raised by those willing to take him on. He was raised by a friend of his monashi, who went by the name of Aro, and away from others. Although he would more often then not wander towards the more populated areas. As he became old enough to take care of himself Aro left him and he currently lives alone out a ways from everyone else still in a small home found in the woods. Other: Shirohashi prefers to be called Shiro instead of his full given name or any other short version of his name or rather some others. He is quite fond of nature and outside in general. He sounds of nature are one of the few things that can calm him down when he gets upset.

Ashta skipped along the forest floors, this was his home the place he had been raised he knew it and loved it. The wind was his mother and river his father, he knew them best. He had been alone his entire life, the only thing there for him was nature, at the shine he had the priests yes, but… they were cold to him, always scolding him for dirtying his robes with dirt allowing them to drag when he walked. Even though he was to be sacrificed he was not scared all his life he had been told how wonderful it will be to have the love of the gods. He hummed softly as he reached the river bank walking along it, watching his reflection on the surface on the water, he smiled softly. To him this world was a warm place he didn’t know of the bad of it. He was too innocent for that. He didn’t even consider himself being able to bare a child if given a chance.

Shirohashi trotted along now this way and that past the many trees in the Forest. It was all something he had seen before. After all he was raised here. Not simply because he had parents that enjoyed nature but because he lacked them. He lacked his mother and father figures who would watch over him. His father was but a mere tale told to him while his mother was more of a tragedy. At least that was what Aro had said to him. The fact his mother was no longer in this world while his father was somewhere he had no way of contacting him. Either way he figured himself better alone. He had thought the one other human, he supposed he couldn't be called such though, he could trust besides his moshino's moshino. The one Aro called Tero. But in the end Aro left and he was alone. It was something he had gotten over or said he had gotten over quickly. Besides he had nature and everything around him was all he needed. That was what he told himself.
Steel-blue orbs were firmly set forward to see where Shirohashi was headed. He trotted along towards where he could hear running water. Thinking about it he picked up his pace just a bit now galloping. The water was something he had known quite well also. Hearing the water soothed him and eased his thoughts to a more preferable subject. His long midnight black tresses, that held a slight bluish tint to it, fell about him and slightly trailed behind him with the bit of wind he picked up with his fast motion, Each hoof settled onto the ground only to pick up again as he found himself nearing his destination. There he could see the water through the trees in the distance. At the same time he slowed his pace now coming up to the rivers side. A very faint smile upturned his lips at the thought of simply settling down beside the waters edge. That was all he had in mind.
Moving at a simply slow pace now he stopped but a few steps from the rivers edge. His attention was so focused on the water he certainly did not take notice of anything else about. His arms had come to rest at his sides as he looked down into the water with his midnight black hair now curtaining his face. It no longer showed his steel-blue eyes and faint smile that only appeared upon the thought of getting here.

The young pure childless Monashi sat at the rivers edge his delicate feet soaking into the cool crystal clear water as he hummed softly his voice was gentle and caring, the voice of a mother never to be. He sang a soft lullaby he had taught him from a scroll left to him by his birth mother. He leaned over allowing the tips of his long hair to be wetted. He smiled gently at the reflection staring back at him. “what shall I do today?” he asked the boy in the water staring back at him. “Perhaps we could play with the bunny‘s or maybe pick some flowers”
It was somewhat sad the only one to talk to him was himself, though he would never admit to it. He sighed as he began to brad his hair , taking along peace of grass he tired the strands into place and smiled. He listened to the wind and caught the sound of hoofs, there much have been hunters out today, he stood and looked around. When soon enough a strange creature came into side, with the body of a horse and the upper body of a male, his eyes became wide with wonder, never had he seen something like this. Because he didn’t know fear he slowly made his was over, eyes still wide. “wow” he thought. “He‘s beautiful.”

Shirohashi simply focused on the sound of the running water now taking his time kneel or rather rest besidethe waters to take a drink. He knelt down there for a moment now bending the upper half of his body to reach out towards the waters and cup with both hands. It didn't take long to put his hands together and take a sip of water from that. It was actually only after that did he catch here was another presence about. With that he quickly rose, dropping whatever water was left in his once cupped hands. He was quickly alert now with his gaze set on a being he recognized as one of the many humans he only watched from afar. What really surprised him was that the human was coming towards him and not away. Why would he do that?
Thoughts as to what the boy here was up to went through his mind rather quickly. He could not see any look of a threat on his features but he was wary still. Shirohashi had yet to take a step, he considered it, or even a step forward. He simply remained still as he stared at the boy curiously. He supposed he could only figure out what the boy could possibly want by asking but he did not speak to these beings. The ones that seemed to shun him and he thought the boy no different. He slightly narrowed his steel-blue eyes and briefly raised a hand to brush back a few locks of hair that had fallen onto his face. He was quite ready to take off if he needed to but he didn't think that was necessary. He wasn't going to leave the water here because of a boy.

Ashta neared the creature and smiled softly. “Its ok” he said talking to the being like he was yet another common animal the boy met in the forest everyday. His steps were slow and gentle, he didn’t want to scare the other off.
“Oh, your so pretty” he said nearing him.
“I‘ve never seen you before big guy,” he smiled, he was talking to him as if he was talking to a common deer in the woods, he was now even closer. And stopped, “I‘ll only go this far if you like… you can come to me” his eye glistened with wonder as he looked upon the beast, nothing but innocent in those purple orbs

Shirohashi was silent as he observed the boy who now spoke to him. He was close to back away from the boy but then he noted he made no move to rush at him or do anything else that was threatening. He soon enough found himself intrigued by the boy. He was still slightly wary with the fact he wasn't exactly treated kindly by anyone he was different from. He was surprised at the boy saying he was pretty. He simply raised a brow at this and made no move to do anything. Of course he wouldn't think there was anyone else like him around here so he did not think the boy would have seen him here. He tended to try and avoid anyone not like him which meant everyone. This was simply an unexpected thing that occurred.
Shiro remained simply watching the boy. He made no move to go just yet. He might have but then seeing the boy stop and hearing what he said caused him to become more curious about the boy. It was specifically the look in his eyes that caused him to move forward then. He moved one hoof forward and then the next in that order to stop but a little ways from the boy. It was at times like these he was quite glad Aro had spoken around him. If not for that he may not have any clue as to what the human spoke of. Not to say he had full knowledge of the language he spoke. It was not as if he was taught anything he was simply spoken to and had to respond in some way. That was how it went and he saw this being no different. It had been a long time since he had been so close to a human that did not simply try to hurt him or do something else. "You don't have to speak to me like that." He spoke this softly considering the way the boy spoke to him as if he were just another forest creature.

Ashta jumped once he heard the other take. “Oh gods” he said softly placing a soft hand on his own chest feeling his heart pound.
“You talk” his eyes lit up, he took one more stepped forward but stopped, he had gotten this close to the being, he didn’t want to frighten him off.
“I‘m sorry I had no idea you could speak” he said with a bright smile as he sat down in the grass among the flowers that grew.
“I‘ve never seen something like you” he said as he gently pulled a flower from the ground making sure he did not pull the root so that the plant itself would blossom once again. He picked a couple more and weaved them together into a small crown.
“Can I put this in your main?” he asked, he had done so to the deer’s in the woods they willing let him, many of the animals knew him and trusted him.
“I promise to not hurt you” he said soft standing once more holding the crown out, he himself had put some flowers in his long soft hair. He giggled gently. “I bet you‘ll look even more pretty with them in your hair”

Shirohashi noted it seemed his speech surprised the young boy. He really was quite an interesting boy. He had never spoken to anyone, even someone so young, not in years at least. Now his size intimidated just about anyone who may have caught sight of him. He supposed he couldn't have expected the boy to know or expect him to speak. He watched the boy sit down and listened to him talk. He wondered what the boy was doing when he was messing with the flowers in some manner. He found himself surprised by what he was asked then. He looked a bit at a loss as to why the boy would want to do such a thing when he heard what he said last. "If you want to then, you can." He gave him permission to and wondered if he could reach or if he needed to bend down for him to do it.
"What are you doing here?" Shiro was wondering so he thought he could ask the boy. It wasn't like he never expected to see a human but a human this young was far from expected. He would think humans like him would be simply resting in villages or towns and playing amongst others. He didn't mind the thought so much of having another human here. In fact he supposed it was nice to have something other then the company of those natural to the forest.
