Rows of stores line the streets on either side and just down the hill is a small billboard with jobs searching for people to hire. One street leads to the Train Station, another leads to the Sandlot, and a small alleyway leads to Hayner's gang's hideout.

She couldn't believe her eyes when she walked down the street. She had just come from the Sandlot, after getting a lecture from Seifer and his gang about being on her "best behavior", and wasn't expecting there to be rows of shops.
"Wow. Now this is my language, but I don't have enough munny. Rats," she said to no one as she continued towards where the billboard was located. Seeing it, she ran over to it and quickly read all of the "Help Wanted" flyers, wondering which one could get her the most munny. However, she didn't have enough time to think as someone came up behind her.

(I can play here with you, though this will be an NPC I'll use for now. :3)
Hayner yawned as he left the hangout and walked through the alley alone. Today was especially boring for him right now since he wasn't around his best friends, Pence and Olette. Pence had chores and Olette was busy finishing homework for class. Not that the boy have homework of his own to do, he just wasn't in the mood to work on it. The weather felt warm but not as hot like their summer vacation. But ever since school started, it always felt sticky to Hayner in class which caused him to itch some much that he couldn't concentrate.
Now what to do? Maybe he could go take some jobs for the town and earn munny. At this point, Hayner was flat broke and he had a taste for Sea Salt Icecream. He was lucky that the ice cream parlor would still be open at around this time.
Smiling a little, Hayner arrived at the marketplace where the billboard shown a list of flyers along with someone else there reading them over as he approached her normally like he usually do with people.
"Hey there. You're looking to earn some munny too?" Asked Hayner as he stood next the girl.

Kita turned her attention to Hayner when he asked her if she was looking for a job.
"Huh? Oh yeah. I'm pretty much broke right now. What about you?" she asked and briefly turned her attention to the billboard, scanning for any good jobs she would be able to do.
Back home, things were different. Of course, I'm not back at home. Instead, I'm in a completely different world that... that just seems so comfortable to live in.

"Of course, or else why would I be doing here?" A light chuckle escape from the teen's lips before he glanced back at Kita with his usual smug smile. Afterall, its not like he had anything better to do than do chores. His eyes turn back toward the list of jobs on the billboard and after reading several of them, Hayner cocked an eyebrow as if he spotted on job in particular.
"You could say I'm doing the same." Hayner as he continued reading the job listing when one job caught his eye: The Lady from the Ice Cream Parlor is in need of helpers at picking Large Twilight Berries from the Forest. She need those berries for a special kind of icecream she would make every summer. She is willing to pay 100 munny each to the helpers who pick up a pound of these berries. Sounds great, huh? But that depends how many he would get a hold of.
"By the way, my name is Hayner. What's yours?" Asked Hayner as he held out his hand so he could shake hers.

"I'm Kita" she replied, taking his hand and shaking it. She took one last look at the billboard before finding a particular job that caught her eye. Apparently, there were still some signs left from last summer's Struggle event that needed taking care of. Each sign taken down was at least 10 munny. If she could get at least one sign taken down, she would have something in her pockets, right?

"Kita, huh? That's a nice name." He said, smiling as Hayner kept checking the billboard. Well, it looks like that job will do even though there were other jobs too. Large Twilight Berries tasted good right about now and about 10 munny each? That's not so bad. He paused and notice Kita looking at the second job which to take down posters from last year events.
"That's a good job to do, but I'd try to take down the posters that aren't posted on the upper walls. Someone nearly fell the last time they were posting posters all over the marketplace."

"Seriously? Wow. I'll try to be a little careful then if I do get to those" she replied as she went to where the marketplace was.
I can't belive that someone almost fell. Exactly how high are these posters posted?

Hayner smiled, waving the girl good bye when she gone to take down the posters. "Oh, just so you know. If you're gonna do that job, talk to James. He's the guy who is asking for helpers. He's right where Candy Shop is at!" He shouted just before Kita even gone further into the marketplace. Shrugging a little, Hayner turn around and gone into the forest right where that open passage was at.
(I was going to post more, but I have to go now. I will, tommorrow. biggrin )
