A large room just tucked around the corner of one of the lower floors of the castle. It's not really hidden, just off to the side. This room belongs to Professor Stella Samuels. Professor Samuels is the Care of Magical Creatures instructor, as well as the groundskeeper.
As you enter the room, there is an array of odd creatures along the walls on either side of the room. All these animals are in cages, as some are dangerous to be let out. The windows are tinted, so that light can get in, but too much, as some of the animals do not care for sunlight. Sitting under the window is a large desk. It appears to be an ordinary wooden desk, but it is actually coated with a dense magical substance that prevents damage to it, in case one of the creatures escapes and wrecks havoc in the office.
This room is kept locked when Professor Samuels is not here. The room is kept closed by a doorknocker that is magically enchanted to allow entry only to Professor Samuels, as well as the Headmistress and Deputy Headmistress. Any students wishing to tell Professor Samuels something when she is not present may do so by writing the message on a slip of parchment and sliding the message into the door slot, located just under the doorknocker. When Professor Samuels is present, the door is kept closed, though unlocked. Students are welcome during this time.
