Well I disliked a few people at first..
But now I just hate them ~

List -
Kallen (I just dont like her.)
Rolo (He killed Shirley and attempted to kill Nunally!)
C.C (She's still on my dislike list)
Lelouch (He's okay at times but later he's just a crazy insane maniac)
Nina (She's more insane than Lelouch)
I think I have more but can't think at the moment =P

Ah yes indeed
What would an anime be without people to dislike
Suzaku - He just annoys the heck out of me (was so happy when Kallen beat him up)
Rolo - Because of his mentality and the fact that he killed Shirley
Nina - Shes a freak and sees no problem creating a weapon to kill 100s of people in one go
Lelouch - I don't really dislike everything about him, just wish he would take into consideration all the people he is leading and what he promised them instead of just focusing on Nunally (politics for you)
Schneizel - Ok I don't really dislike him either but he is basically at the top of my "Most Suspicious Characters" list

I find it hard to really "hate" a fictional character, but I do dislike a couple.
Nina- I actually didn't jump on the "I hate Nina" bandwagon until Freya. I just didn't really give her much attention as a character until then.
I'll probably get nasty messages for this, but I also disliked Shirley. I have a general immediate dislike for obnoxious anime girls that contribute nothing. I mean, I wasn't jumping up and down in my chair at her death, but I really dont' miss her either.
Diethard's another one. I don't know why, but he's always rubbed me the wrong way. Same with Ougi in these past two episodes. I loved Ougi until Viletta showed up again.

I have a few charries myself.
Nina-She is not right in the head. I mean, remember her face in R1 when Euphie died? CREE-PY. So she made a BOMB to kill Zero when Euphie died?! Remember that?And she creates what is essentially a weapon of mass destruction, and tells Suzaku OVER AND OVER, NON STOP to fire it, and when he does, she's like, "Did I do that?" I believe she tested it for Schneizel in one episode, so how come she didn't know how destructive it was?
Suzaku-He's become obsessed. Plain and Simple.
Ohgi-I also reallllllly liked Ohgi at first. He seemed like he was genuinely proud to be second only to Zero, and he seemed innocent and nice. But then Viletta shows up again, and he turns the Black Knights against Lelouch. Sorry, Ohgi, but you now are in my 'Evil characters' list.

I think the fans don't like him very much because of how much he changed from his original position as the 'Good guy no matter what'. It's like, by R2 he's sold out on practically everyone. (Which is why in episode 21 he's referred to as the Great Betrayer.)
