Quick question, do they to have to sing exclusively in their native language or can they sing in English as well?
Anyway...
revolverheld - German rock band. All songs are sung in German
Mercenary - Extremely good Danish Power/Melodic Death Metal band. All songs are in English.
Mortiis - Gothic/Ambient/Industrial rock artist (now a band) from Norway. His earliest works are in Norwegian (and 20 minutes long) but his newest stuff is in English. Weird guy though...

Epidemic - A Hungarian Black/Death Metal band. The band is odd as all their albums have two sides. One side features all the songs in Magyar (Hungarian) and the other side features all the songs in English.

Dimmu Borgir - Black Metal band from Norway. Everything after the album Stormblast is in English (except for the 2005 re-issue of it). Stormblast and everything prior is in Norwegian.
Chrome Division - Hard Rock/Heavy Metal band from Norway. All songs in English. Although the interesting thing to note is that the guitarist for the band is also the vocalist/guitarist for Dimmu Borgir.

Also, I didn't realize it until now, but you didn't include a poll...you need to do that from now on. Although, I'm probably just talking to myself here.
I'll put one in for you.

Moonspell - Portuguese Black Metal Band. All songs are in English and the vocalist reminds me of a vampire lord on some of the more mellow songs like "Scorpion Flower"

Forgot these guys:
In Flames - Swedish Melodic Death Metal band. All songs are in English. These guys are also one of the bands that pioneered what has been dubbed "Gothenburg" Style of Metal.
