If you haven't, go to here and search Psych. Go to: TV Shows / Psych (All 3 seasons.)
To see Monk, search it, then click on: TV Shows / Monk (They have all the 7 seasons.)
It's updated daily. Sometimes they give you external links to other sites, but it stills works all the same. Enjoy!

there's also http://www.hulu.com/also...they're also on the usa network website, but idk if all of them are on there. i watch the recent ones because i miss them on fridays.

Yeah, but TvShack.net has all the episodes. Hulu only has five episodes of Psych, and 4 episodes of Monk. usanetwork.com only has the recent episodes of Psych and Monk.
