Let's go dragon hunting!

This RP has a story, so be prepared! A certain dragon has a certain special artifact. An unlikely group of heroes/heroines must band together to find this dragon and recover the artifact.

Name: Troy Sawamura
Age: 17
Race: Half-Demon
Gender: Male
Bio: Raised by his mother amongst humans. However, the villagers didn't like having a human woman with a half-demon child living with them. They ended up dragging them both through the streets of the town, throwing stones at them. His mother held onto him and protected him from the stones. His mother died in that altercation and Troy lost control, and killed the whole village.
Personality: Troy acts very childish at times, which means that sometimes he does things that get him into trouble. He likes to think at times and seems to others to be "daydreaming", when he really could be contemplating something of importance. A lot of times, people don't know what he is thinking or feeling. So when people think he's "daydreaming" he really could be lonely and depressed. He is also very good at calculating and manipulating people's actions to some small extent.
Weapons: reverse-bladed katana: but he doesn't like using it. Even though his demonic side uses it all the time

Spells: Troy hardly ever uses these spells, but there is the rare occasion where he might use them, only in extreme cases though. His demonic side tends to rely a lot on this magic for some reason. (I'll come up with names for each of the spells later, for easier reference. lol))
Illusion 1 - Causes the opponent to see illusionary fears to cause them to go insane
Illusion 2 - Causes the opponent to see their own death
Illusion 3 - Causes the opponent to see illusionary fears which eventually leads to their own death at their own hands
Blood Magic 1 - The blood of the wielder is placed along the blade of the weapon, and, when the sword is wielded properly in hand, the blood allows the blade to cut through most any material
Blood Magic 2 - When the blood is spread across the blade of the weapon (and held properly), it allows the blood of the wielder to eat away at a person's flesh

Bio:An orphaned elf she had to learn to take care of herself. She is tough and sweet but very shy because everyone treats her different for some reason.She just wants some friends but has started to give up on that goal.

A good distance into the forest, there was a river. Along the banks of this river of sparkling blue water lay a young man. His hands were folded behind his head of messy brown hair. He was staring up through the leafy branches of the trees at the clear blue sky. His face suddenly became thoughtful as his brow furrowed a little. He listened to the rushing of the water in the river and the sound of a small breeze ruffling the branches of the trees. The sunlight filtered through the branches caused the holes of light to shift across the grass and the features of the young man. Once in a while, the light would hit a pendant hanging from around his neck. The pendant was an odd purple-ish color and it glinted every time the light hit it as the branches swayed to and fro.

His left hand moved to pick up the pendant so he could see it in front of his face. The only reason he wore the hideous thing was because his mother had given it to him when he was little. He didn't know what purpose it served besides being completely hideous. Sighing lightly, he figured that he might as well get going again. He abruptly sat up, stretched his back, shoulders, and arms briefly before standing up.

As he turned to head off back towards the path, he noticed there was someone else a short distance down the bank of the river. It was a girl. He wondered why she was out here, alone, but he decided it was none of his business to ask her and headed down the riverbank a short distance to get to a break in the bushes big enough for him to pass through to get the the path. In order to do so, he'd need to pass right by the girl seated next to the river.

He started to walk and soon past right by her, watching his feet instead of where he was going. Right past where she was now standing, was the break in the bushes to get back to the path. He turned there and walked back to the path.

As he headed down the path, he could vaguely hear footsteps on the dirt behind him. Perhaps that girl had decided to follow him? That was alright with him. That was, if she didn't decide to randomly attack him. The small bag at his waist held his few belongings and a few other things that he'd taken from his home before he left it. He looked up at the sky as he walked and noticed that it would probably be getting dark soon. He'd have to start looking for a place to camp out for one night.

She walked into the cave to inspect it, and right when she decided it would have to do, she ran out screaming as a huge bear chased her. She turned around to see if the bear was still chasing her and crashed into the boy. The bear had gone back to the cave.

The girl quickly stood up and blushed looking pretty embarassed. "I-im sorry! I-i looked back to see if the bear was still chasing me and crashed!" She said not knowing what to say besides what happened.
