Anyone seen those weird stones that give you greater powers based on the starsigns?
I ran into one near the threeway cross-road south of the imperial city, and it gave me powers similar to those granted by the tower starsign, permanently.
--open hard lock on target and fortify armorer 20 points for umm 60 secs I think
