On top of the highest mountain with many fierce winds. On the side of the mountain is very slippery ice making it near impossible to walk upon it.

((Oh just to let you know I'm not trying to become the Storm Ninja, if you read in Earth country I named myself as the Dragon Ninja.))
Ryuusei seemed to appear from thin air upon the highest peak and waited his hands in his pockets, his eyes shut merely listening to the wind.

Fujin dropped down from the sky slamming his sword into the ground. Fujin could be seen as the dust cleared. "You and me right now."

Ryuusei opened his eyes and looked to Fujin blankly. "Should I know you?"

"Yes. Yes you should." Fujin split his sword in two and threw the blades towards Ryuusei. Each blade would be attached by a chain, which allowed fujin to control the chains. Each blade would go pass each side of Ryuusei before crossing to circle around Ryuusei until the blades met the throat.

Ryuusei smirked before he blurred and leapt straight up without touching the blades several senbon flying towards Fujin from the breaks in the sword as Ryuusei landed a few feet away his right hand resting on the hilt of the ninjaken strapped to his right thigh. "And why should I know you?"

Fujin retracted his blades with the flip of a switch, blocking the senbon with the blades. "Well I guess you don't need to know me since I'm about to kill you." Fujin to advantage of Ryuusei's lack of movement to take out his halbred. He starts to spin it, faster and faster while the halbred starts to extend. To Ryuusei however, the halbred would start to move slower and slower until Ryuusei would see Fujin on the ground dead as if time moved forward and Ryuusei was the winner of the match.

Ryuusei's eyes narrowed slightly as he felt something off and he pulled the Twin Fangs of the Dragon from the sheathes a firey aura surrounding his right arm while a frigid one surrounded his left arm. The image in front of him blurred until it returned to normal.

((the genjutsu i used on you keeps you motionless for two of your post,not allowing you to perform any jutsus at all. but to keep the fight going, i'm not going to use my killer jutsus))
Fujin walked up to the now motionless Ryuusei. He stabbed the halbred into the ground and looked into Ryuusei face to face. He performed three handsigns continuing with two more handsigns and took a deep breath, firing a wind missle directly in Ryuusei's face. Ryuusei would be sent flying like a solid object several feet. Slowly, the skin upon his face, eating itself more and more throughout the entire body.

Ryuusei stood up wincing as he felt his flesh being stripped away. The one damn time I need to know medical jutsu... Ryuusei focused and the pain dulled as he shut down his body's pain receptors. Thank god for that training. He reaches up and pulled the Kubikiri Houcho from its sheath and slammed it into the ground before blurring and appearing before Fujin slamming his fist into the bottom of his ribcage, the index and middle finger of his left hand slamming into Fujin's left bicep before he leapt back and pulled several senbon out.

((It is true that your speed is higher but when I performed the jutsu, you were not moving. You were standing still which allowed me to get a fix on your location and to use my genjutsu. But at the same time though, after I perform the genjutsu your character still did not move from his location but only doing a technique after I performed the jutsu which nullified it. But since we're both at a disagreement on this, we will wait for another mod to settle this.))

Sorry Arashi, but I'm going to have to agree with Ironic on this. Your speed is higher than his but speed means nothing if you're not moving.
