I'm sorry that I haven't posted in a while... I've been preparing for my first year of college.... I'm terrified...!!! Anyways...
Vis media is re-releasing the entirety of the dragonball manga series. The new books have 3 volumes in 1 and a selling for approx. $18 in the U.S. (plus tax). These volumes even have special colored sections in them.
I got one today and was upset because they edited it slightly. Bulma has 2 boob shots in the first volume, and they covered them... and they edited her flicking off Pilaf... but other than that, everything's accurate.

2 things:
1. You're a girl, and you're angry that they covered up Bulma's breasts?
2. What college are you getting ready to go to? I've already completed my first year, and am going back on the 31st of August.

1. Yes, but it's not that I like that kinda stuff or anything. The reason is that it's edited. In the other addition that I have, everything is shown the way it was originally drawn. Here it's been tampered and the audience loses a bit of the original feel. And it makes no sense to me to have it one way in one and another way in the other.
2. I'm going to Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pa. It's one of the top schools in the country for pharmacy, which is my major.

1. So, it's not WHAT'S edited but THAT it's edited? I'm guessing that one of those edits is the fight against the invisible guy in Baba's Tournament-thing?
2. Ok, so you want to be a Pharmacist? What inspired that choice of career?

1. Yes. The editing is irritating because they showed it already in the other release, so why can't they stay consistant? ANd I'm not sure. THey've only re-released the first 3 books of dragonball and dbz, so it's no where near that point yet. I'll say if it is, when I get it.
2. Yep. Well... I'm not really sure to tell you the truth. I've always wanted a job that will let me earn enough money to travel and have a decent sized house. (I grew up in a house from the 50s... I love it, but the rooms are a little too small for me. I like space) I also wanted to help people. With my distaste and distrust of hospitals and doctors... and needles.... Pharmacy seemed like a natural choice.

Ugh.... I'm horrible at math!!! My school had put the intergrated system into place while I was there, so I never got a very good algerbra background. Although, I was just fine with calculus.... and I could never see myself as an engineer.
Oh, and they have released a new dragonball artbook along with the re-releases. I'm loving this!!

Okay, small update.
large volume 2 of both dragonball and dbz have been released. Surprisingly, in vol. 2 of dragonball there are 3 colored sections instead of just 2 like all the other books have.

The next book of the re-release, should be Dragonball vol. 3. It will be out sometime this month, and then dbz vol. 3 will be out in December.
