[From The Midget -] It's been many years since Alice visited Wonderland, but the only thing that has changed are the faces. Other than that, the ruler is still a spoiled tyrant and it is still hard to find decent help. A small resistance effort is gathering, but this being Wonderland, no one can be serious long enough for anything to get organized.

[From me -] Alice is now an adult and has all but forgotten Wonderland. She's married and (no, no kids) has a very successful career. [Nobody is Alice because everybody would want that part.] Anyway, the King of Spades (the Queen of Hearts' grandson) has taken over ruling Wonderland. He's eccentric and emo and, though he doesn't hack off everyones heads, he does chuck people in the dungeon and they're never heard from again. His bodyguard, Murphy Madigan, is a Millinery. Millinery are basicly Mad Hatters with very special hats that they make themselves from the silk of the Catapillars. These hats do all sorts of nifty things (read the Looking Glass Wars for most of the things that the hats can do) and only Millinery can make them. Millinery is a race of people, whereas civilians are a different race and Royalty is another race entirely. Millinery and civilian romances are forbidden by the Millinery code. Halfers, as the children of those relationships are called, are very oppressed. Nobody likes Halfers and Halfers themselves often feel very inadaquate. Imagination is the magic that holds Wonderland together and Imagination is a very powerful thing. Most people in Wonderland can't use much Imagination, though. The King of Spades, being the leader of Wonderland, can use all the Imagination there is to be had. The citizens of Wonderland have started up the Resistance against the King of Spades and his cruel treatment of the Wnoderland citizens. Of course, it's just starting up and people are more afraid than ever, so there are very few people a part of the Resistance.

Yes, you can be someone from Earth, so long as it's a girl. (MAYBE one guy can follow a girl into Wonderland, but only ONE.) See this is because the King of Spades is looking for a bride and he wants to be sure that his bride is loyal to him and him alone.

RP Alias: The Cheshire Cat
Appearance:
History: The oldest person in Wonderland. He knows all that goes on and likes to play both sides of the field. Seems to be helping the resistance effort, but it's hard to tell with him.
Race: Magical Feline
Gender: Male
Personality: A tricky cat that loves to confuse. Is occasionally helpful, but he would rather tease and taunt than help. Chaotic neutral.
Other: If the RP gets into a slump and SAINT is not here, feel free to borrow Cheshire X3

RP Alias: The King of Spades
Appearance:
History: The King of Spades is the grandson of the Queen of Hearts. He came into power when he was about 15 and is almost a worse ruler than the Queen of Hearts was. Fortunately, he prefers to lock people in the dungeon than cut off their heads. What happens to the people in the dungeons, no one knows...
Race: Playing Card Royalty
Gender: Male
Personality: Selfish, rude, and a bit of a brat. To top it all off, he's also a bit emo and can't understand why no one likes him. He has a short temper and makes unrealistic demands of everyone.
Other: The King of Spades can also be borrowed by anyone.

RP Alias: The White Rabbit
Apperance:
History: Contrary to popular belief, the White Rabbit is no coward. In fact, he is one of the most powerful beings in Wonderland. He is also the unwilling gofer to the royal family. It is unknown why he must do their bidding. Is he loyal to the royal family, or is he the true leader of the resistance? Only time will tell.
Race: Magical Rabbit
Gender: male
Personality: Quiet and rather stoic, but with a gentleman's charm. He is more straight-forward than most of the residents of Wonderland He has a strict honor code. He's not too fond of the Cheshire Cat as they are complete opposites. Unfortunatly, he is always late.
Other: He is the only true NCP. Use him with discretion.

[MY CHARACTERS]

Username: Saint_Oriel
RP Alias: Murphy Madigan
Apperance:
History: Murphy's grandfather is Hatter Madigan (the Mad Hatter) and everyone expects him to live up to the rnear-legendary status of his mother, Molly Madigan, and the legendary status of his grandfather, the creator of the Millinery services. [Most of the rest of his history is combined with his personality.]
Race: Halfer. (Half millinery / half civilian)
Gender: Male
Personality: Murphy is very reclusive and hates being the King of Spades' bodyguard, as he'd much rather be joining the reisitance. However, he is bound by NRG to protect and not hinder the King of Spades. (After his grandmother's defeat at the hands of Alice and Hatter, the King of Spades bound his bodyguard with NRG to protect him.) Murphy often lashes out angrily at anyone of a low status than himself because of his frustration with his lack of control over his own life. Murphy is a very feared Millinery and, because of the NRG binding him, has been allowed to make a few laws of his own, hence Murphy's Law. (Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong, and at the worst possible moment.) Actually, Murphy is very bitter and sarcastic, though he's also very prideful and frighteningly good at what he does. He'd much rather be a washed-up actor than the King's bodyguard and is often caught replacing an actor in various plays in the theatres in Wonderland.
Other: Murphy is very bendy and flexible which really helps with his fighting and he also has a strong obsession with tea. He never goes anywhere without a cup of tea in hand. His hat is based off of Homburg Molly and Hatter Madigan's hat from the Looking Glass Wars. Basically, it does very nifty things and it's made from the silk of the catapillars. Murphy, as with all the Millinery, made his hat himself and no one else can recreate it or any other Millinery hat.

Apperance:
History: At first, her parents had tried to find the friends of Luna's that the young girl kept referring to. When they couldn't find them, they refused to allow Luna outside and they homeschooled her. When these 'friends' kept coming, they locked Luna in her room for months on end and still they came. Eventually they decided that these friends were make-believe and that she would outgrow them. And then 'Fred' burned down the entirety of the high school and Luna's parents put her into the insane asylum as demanded by the judge. Luna spent five years there, going to the built-in school, never leaving the campus, never seeing the outside. Green soon became a foreign color to her. But her friends told her about grass and flowers and animals and sunlight and rain and Luna grew up with a very vivid imagination. She has five buddies. Fred, Tommy, Jenny, Mae, and Jade. [They are also their own characters, but exist only to Luna.]
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Personality: Luna is very wide-eyed and innocent, ready to believe whatever, so long as some one approves of her and accepts her. She's very easily upsetted, but just as easily happy again. Luna is very trusting and loving and refuses to see the bad side in anyone.
Other: Luna fell asleep in class (ironically she was in English and thinking of something to write about) when the White Rabbit fetched her from her seat and led her and her friends to Wonderland where she recently arrived.
