The Ball is now open to everyone!

Time:

arrow The Halloween Ball is a two week event, beginning on October 16, 2005 and ending on Halloween night, October 31, 2005.

The ball was opened Sunday morning, 10-16-2005.

Events

arrow Halloween Costume Contest- While costumes are not required, I thought it would be nice to have a contest for those who do wear costumes.

arrow Harry Potter Character Look-alike Contest- I think the name speaks for itself.

----------The costume contests will be held in separate threads so that everyone can vote for the winners. I will be setting these threads up very shortly. We are currently looking for entries, anyone may join if they like. The winners for each contest will be 1000g.

arrow Raffles- There will be many small raffles and one Grand Prize raffle. The prizes are posted in the third post.They range from different amounts of gold and items.

arrow RP- This event will probably involve a lot of RP, but it's all up to you! Whatever RP you all want to do is just fine.

If anyone is willing to donate gold or items to help with the ball, please don't hesitate to do so. Just send any donations to me, willowtree. I will be sure to give all donators the credit they deserve.

Prizes

I've been hording gold and items over the last few weeks for prizes for raffles and contests. There is 5035g in the prize account.

ALL PRIZES ARE NO PURCHASE NECESSARY! THE ONLY THING YOU MUST DO TO WIN IS POST IN THIS THREAD!

Raffle Prizes

Here is how this will work: Everyone who posts in here will be given a raffle ticket; the raffle tickets will be tracked in the previous post. Prizes will be given away periodically. Winners will be chosen in the same way that we choose lottery winners, completely randomly! The prizes will vary between gold and items.

arrow Grand Prize- The Grand Prize will be given on Halloween night. This prize consists of:

-Morgana's Hat
-Glasses
-Ghosty (all of which are shown above)
-2,400g===PRIZE TOTALS 5,000g!!

arrow The five present boxes are mystery raffle prizes. They are all either Halloween or Harry Potter related and range in price from 100-500g.

arrow There will also be many prizes of just gold. Amounts will vary and depend on the total amount of gold in the prize account.

When will the raffles be given out? Well, that's a surprise. They could come at any time. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE ONLINE TO WIN A RAFFLE!

Contests

So far, there are two contests that have been decided:

arrow Halloween Costume Contest- This will be held in a separate thread. Members will vote for their favorite. The prize for the winner of this contest will be 1000g.

arrow Harry Potter Character Look-Alike Contest- This contest will work exactly like the costume contest. The prize for the winner of this contest will also be 1000g.
