I'm replaying G.U. now. I just discovered something:
If you beat GU vol 2, and replay vol 1, you have the option of starting out at level 35 instead of level 1. You also start out with stronger weapons, instead of the newbie weapons. Which, if you ask me, is a double edged sword. It took for EVER to level my party members up to my own level, and fighting weak monsters was sooo boring.
I think it made the game too easy. XP I didn't have to level up at all until after I beat Matsu in the arena.
