Thought I'd see peoples opinions. <3
I personally see him as a bit arrogant with a sarcastic sense of humor. Maybe a little daring, but lazy. Definately awesome/smexy. ;3
What're your ideas?

I think of Matt as a puppy. Follows people around with extreme loyalty but he's still sorta arrogant. Maybe lazy and laidback and very sexy!!! hot too. 3nodding and he's awesome too. defiantely. 4laugh

Oh have I got an opinion on this. xd
I am so picky with Matt's personality, mostly because I write/draw him a certain way. My Matt is very sarcastic, SUPER apathetic, and gay for Mello unconcerned about the events around him except when Mello makes him concerned. xd
Oh, he's also very seme. Yes, seme. Which I have been seeing less and less of, and it makes me sad on the inside. xD! ANYWAYS~
I think the best physical example of how I like Matt would be ...have you ever seen Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame? I'm sure you have, but look up a clip of Pheobus. I swear, that guy is how I imagine Matt. -swoon- He even has this little smirk I image Matt have. I adore it! heart
As far as comparing him to other Matts in fandom, mine is probably most like Neema's. (The doujinshi artist of "Eve", "HG", "Rag", etc.) While H-eichi's Matt is cute as phuck, I just prefer my Matt to have more... backbone? Yeah, that's it. whee

For me, I see Matt as a layed back person. Who finds the world boring and just wants to sit around playing video games all the time and do whatever he can for his best friend lover Mello. Not only that, but he is full of himself sometimes. And he has a VERY joking nature. He would joke around with Mello enough to tick him off, but not severly piss him off. And I see Matt as Uke, but! I think it would depend what mood Mello and Matt were in who would be Seme or Uke. I see the fact that Mellos attitude would make him Seme and Matt will do whatever Mello tells him too, sooo that makes me think of Matt as Uke, but I can see him Seme too. Also, I see Matt as a tough guy, but he has a heart, he is not a total a**, but he can be.

I think Matt is like myself a bit. Someone who is usual occupied with gaming, and gives little care about whats happening in the world around him. I really wish they would explain him more in the show. Anyways i also think that he dose what his friends to help out, no matter what the cost (not anything bad but he problay would do anything for Mello-e Jello-e)
