It was that time! Estella was bound to give in eventually. Zora and Twilight were already far from living at home with their parents and well, it was time Estella final got to know the world she lives in. She couldn't really help it. She loved her parents and most people took on look at her and labeled her a freak. She didn't have the horns like her parents, but she was still freaky enough.
So, aside from that, it wasn't that bad wandering on her own. She was still trying to find a treetop of her own, but she still wandered home at night. She couldn't help herself! So, today she had promised herself she'd find somewhere new! Her own treetop. To bad that was easier said then done!
"Why...is...this...so...hard!" She sighed in defeat as she continued to wander around.

A yawn protruded from a tall skinny tree in the middle of the group. A faint green tail fell off the branch, swaying in the gentle breeze. The scene was non-threatening, just quiet and gentle though something could be felt slightly amiss. Circling around the branch coiled a bright green snake, slithering as it watched the atmosphere around it's scaly hide.
The Tokoro in question didn't seem at all disturbed by the reptile and instead continued to try and close his eyes though it was obvious that sleep wasn't going to come that easy. It was rattling. He had been busy all night, worked through the moonlit hours and was now paying for it as the sun continued to torment him. Growling slightly, he rolled over on his side, trying hard to block out the rays that had crept through the leaves. Sleep would still come... even if it wasn't for a few more hours...

Estella jumped at the unexpected growl. He first reaction told her there was a predator around, so naturally she jumped into the air and onto the nearest branch, just a few feet from a 'sleeping' Tokoro. She gasped lightly at the snake coiling around the branch he was on.
"S-s-sir...t-t-t-there's...a...s-s-s-s-snake....!" She stuttered as she tried to get his attention.

An intolerable shriek brought Nehm out of his half trance. His brown eyes flipped open to stare at a strange blue female that was staring in his direction. He yawned as if it had no effect on him, sat up and whipped the limber sleep from his eyes. "Quiet... shhh... I can't understand what you're saying when you talk so loud." It may have come off as rude, but that wasn't his intention. Something had frightened the female and he couldn't exactly be sure of what that was. Everything seemed normal, he didn't smell any predators around, but maybe he had missed something?

Estella took a second to catch her breath, he didn't seem too paranoid, unlike her. Did he not realize there was a snake! Right there! She took in another sharp breath and spoke again, a little calmer then before. "There's a...snake...right there...." She said, pointing to the little green, coiled, snake. How creepy...

Nehm turned his head in the direction that she pointed and couldn't help but chuckle when he saw his little friend curled up in coil with her head draped over her body. "The snake is my friend.." He stated quietly, shifting direction to look at the girl. "I promise she doesn't bite. She's completely harmless." His tail wrapped around himself, smiling a bit at the sudden random entertainment. "If you prefer... I can ask her to leave for a little bit so that she doesn't freak you out.."

Estella shifted her wait on the branch, she hadn't realized how haphazardly she was sitting till now. She was close to falling off! She watch the snake carefully, it didn't seem like it was going to strike out at her. It was just instinct for Estella to stay away. "As long as it's not going to bite..."
She didn't really want him to make the snake go away, not if they were friends. Yes, that meant he was a little odd, but then again, so was she! "Anyway, that might have been a little rude of me. I'm Estella, and you are?" She asked, trying to make up for her little embarrassing fit. She tucked her wings neatly behind her back and hoped against hope, he didn't freak out because of them.
