As the creator of this thread, I'll be the first example.
1) I never have a plot in mind when I start a new project. Usually, my novels spring from random ideas I get from watching movies. I also usually don't have a good title until halfway through.
2) I work on more than one project at a time. I have at least three novels, one script, and a poetry project all going on right now.
3) I'm a bookaholic. Almost as much as I am a writaholic. If I don't like a scene from a book, I rewrite it.
