No matter how many times I try to think about this one, I still can't quite understand it. Episode 11 clearly shows Keiichi bludgeoning Satoko's uncle to death, then dumping the scooter and bat in the swamp, as well as burying the body. But the next day in class, his friends tell him about how much they enjoyed having him at the festival the night before, even though he's 100% sure he never went to the festival.
Not to mention, Satoko's uncle is found, much to Keiichi's horror, to be actually alive. Is Keiichi going nuts in this arc, or are there doubles of him and the uncle running around?

Hmm, should I spoil this chapter, or not? Eh, alright. Well, here is what happened (SPOILERS): Keiichi did kill Teppei, but Mion and Rena (and possibly Rika) found out and hid Teppei's body, which is why the hole is later empty. Irie may have been in on it, as well as Takano, although she was busy with "other things" that night...
Mion and Rena simply played dumb, but Mion did try to get Keiichi to go with her (or something like that) so she could tell him what really happened. He, unfortunatly, did not, and did not find out what they were doing.

I've already watched all the way through to the end of Kai, but it's been a while. It seems to me they should have made that very clear sometime during the arc that what you said in white text was the case.
