Well a fan fiction is either a short story or even longer that involves a character from a book, TV show, Manga etc. You are in charge of what happens in your story. To sum it all up it's just a story that you write involving any characters that you like.
Also feel free to post Fan Fictions that you have read before and liked. You don't always have to be the creator. Just be sure that it follows the forum rules and is nothing over pg-13.
