As a clothing designer i give you a 9.
But as a over all artist a 6.
portion the body a little more, her left side (our right) is much larger than her right. also her neck has an hourglass shape, next time to try making softer parallelled lines, ok?

that's really cool! did you mean to make her right side's sleeve so much bigger?
and was the bottom cut off? it looks a little weird...
other than those two things, i love your hairstyle and your detail. this is truly awesome.
