|| Past, Present, Future. ||
In the year of 2519, a great war broke out between two races, the humans and the vampires. After the humans had realized how their population had been slowly decreasing in size over the years, they quickly acted. Their reckless actions were poorly thought out, easily getting destroyed by the vampires sharp claws and fangs, and their inhuman speed and strength. Before long, every town in every country had been taken over by these immortal beings, quickly becoming the largest empire in history. Through all of their victory, the fleeting populace of vampires became arrogant, believing that they were the most powerful race to ever inhabit the Earth. With those thoughts, they continued to kill off the human race, their need to feed becoming endless as they swept through cities, taking no prisoners and leaving no survivors.
What they hadn't planned on was technology. Scientists and engineers from cities that hadn't been shred to pieces by the vampires had banned together, advancing years and years worth of technology to create machines that would help to end their suffering. Robots had been created many years before, used for home and work related deeds, but these robots were far more advanced than any others, built almost exactly like a human on the exterior. Unfortunately, some human features had made their way on the interior of these machines, as well, most having a mind of their own. After only a couple years, they could hardly tell the difference between vampires and humans, or so it seemed. The Robot Rebellion made the slaughter of both races escalate faster than the blink of an eye, and soon the streets were lined with bodies of the deceased, painted a deep red: the blood that had once coursed through their veins. Soon the only color one would see would be red; the streets, the oceans, the people, all of them were dark red.
Many humans had given up, accepting their bloody fates as they died by the hands of vampires or robots, but a select few still were willing to fight. Only one city remained in tact, this was where the humans who broke free from the weak and dying were located. Trained and prepped for battle, they waited for the battle to end all. Some of them even gave themselves up as human experiments, replacing legs, arms and other body parts with prosthetic parts and machinery, which created a new asset for the human league: Cyborgs. Some of the experiments, however, turned out badly, more so when parts of the skull and brain were replaced as to better the senses. The machinery would have the same effect it had on the highly destructive robots, and making even more enemies to fight against.
The year is 2627, and the robots and vampires are closing in on the remaining human population in the city of Seattle, Washington. The end is near for most, but who will survive and prevail over all others?

Appearance: She's about 5'1 and petite, with dirty blong hair that hangs messily just at the level of her ears. Skinny arms and legs allows her to slip into most small spaces. Her eyes are a warm chocolate brown, laced with little flecks of gold. She often wears shirts that stop just above her belly button, allowing a tattoo of a kanji symbol to be seen. Only a few people know what it means. She always has slip black jeans that flair just a little around her ankle, allowing her small gun to remain inconspicable. She wears a dark red button up shirt, usually buttoning only the top two or three, and a black vest over it, that reaches the bottom of her brests. Her sheath is in plain sight, easily allowing others to know what she is and what she does. Minae
Personality: Lena has an attitude and she's not afraid to let it show. She doesn't take crap from anyone and she has a problem working with others. For the most part, she likes to work by herself because she's never found anyone who can match her rhythm. It's disconcerting trying to work with someone who doesn't or can't move with her and the other way around. She's been taught and has always believed that everyone has a type of person whom they can work with. Minae has a soft spot for children and can't help herself from doing whatever she can to help a child. When it comes to kids that have been changed, Minae has been known to hesitate, even though she knows they could hurt her more than she could hurt them. Minae loves to laugh and is very blunt, sometimes saying things that she doesn't really mean. She does not let her sadder emotions show, believing they make her weaker and all the more vulnerable. Her temper is almost non-existent and only comes when she's in pain.
Biography: Not exactly raised in the most normal of families, Minae was taught how to fight when she was a child and how to kill while she grew. Minae was the only daughter in her family and had three brothers, all older. She was very much looked out for. Her parents were killed when she was just a child and her brothers have raised her ever since. They're the ones who taught her how to fight. Her brothers were considered some of the top hunters in the region, taking cases that others usually turned down as being too much risk. Because of this, they earned the money that was necessary to buy the weapons the needed, as well as the medical treatment. Thanks to them, the area of Atlanta, Ga remained relatively safe for a couple of years.
But soon, as they got older, their reactions slowed and one by one they were killed off. Except for one. Kane, her eldest brother, disappeared without a trace, leaving Minae on her own. She was devastated, but knowing she had to do her best in order to keep Atlanta safe in her brothers memory, she did her best. Her best, however, was not enough and soon Atlanta was once again overrun with Vampires. Very few humans survived and the ones that did, escaped, making their way to the last known safe haven: Seattle, Washington. Knowing there was nothing more she could do, Minae soon followed.
Still, she is racked with guild and pain for abandoning any remaining survivors and it still haunts her. She's been in Seattle for three years now, since she was 19. She a hunter for hire, going out of the city often to deal with the vampires, and on occasion, robots. Though she knows of them, Minae has no real idea on how to deal with them. An attack when she was younger left her blind in her right eye. One monster managed to get it's teethe in her, but for reasons unknown to her, the venom as remain inactive and has not affected her, in any way. Subconsciously, she keeps from making any close relationship with the fear of what she might one day become. No one knows of the small bite and she keeps it hidden easily with the shoulders of her shirts.
Weapons: Minae sticks with the traditional stake, one she inherited from her mother. It's kept close to her in a sheath on her waist. A small gun is holstered to her left ankle and a slim knife sheathed on her right thigh.
Skills: She exceeds at hand-to-hand combat and gymnastics. It's partially what makes her so good at getting in and out of places.
