Alphonse, or Al, is the mayor of the Crystallized Bloody Impervious City. He lives in the city's only mansion, which is located within the center of the city. The center being the city square, Al's mansion is near the square, easily accessed by all.

Al traveled through the city square, not really directing the two females attention to anything really spectacular. He made it the the door of his mansion, fumbling for the keys in his pocket. Removing the keys from his pocket, Alphonse inserted his house key into the lock. Turning the key, the large wooden door clicked, unlocking. Al pulled the key from the lock, replacing it into his pocket. Al opened the front door to his manor, slowly entering. He singled the two young females in, as he went over to his desk to the right of the door. Smilign, Al spoke, "There is a couch just over there, you two. Just sit down and make yourselves comfortable while I get all the papers together." Alphonse took a seat at this desk, fumbling through all the objects on his desk. He found a pen, setting that to the side for later use. Alphonse then began shuffling through some papers in one of the drawers of his desk. Pulling out two forms, Al placed them on his desk, closing his desk drawer.

Fluerette followed Haro Shika and the mayor towards the city square. They quickly made through way through the square, towards a large iron gate. Entering through the gate, the blonde followed the two up the cobble stoned pathway towards the manor. Stopping at the front door, Fluerette watched as the mayor would fumble through cloak pocket, searching for his key. As soon as the mayor took his key out, he unlocked the door, opened it and entered into the building. Fluerette followed Haro Shika inside, being astounded by the size of the manor. Fluerette gazed around the manor, watching as the mayor went over to his desk. The female followed the silver haired girl to the couch, sitting beside her. Fluerette looked around in bewilderment, but then began gazing up at the chandelier overhead.

Haro Shika still gazed around the manor, listening to the droning sound of the papers shuffling. Her eyes fluttered slightly, the young female feeling slightly tired from the walk she had taken. Haro Shika leaned back in the couch she was seated in. Her eyes fluttered completely shut, falling alseep in her place. Falling back into the seat more, the silver haired vampire's head fell down the seat against the blonde sitting next to her. Snoring lightly, Haro Shika did not hear the mayor calling out to the two females who were seated across the room from them.

Haro Shika felt the presence of the young girl next to her disappear. The young female vampire slid down the couch, now laying on her side. Her eyes flickered open, not hearing the scribbling of the mayor any longer. Haro Shika pushed herself up, propping her arm underneath her. Looking around the room, Haro Shika noticed the blonde was standing in front of the mayor's desk. Quickly standing, Haro Shika fixed her ruffled outfit and her hair as well. She skipped over to Alphonse's desk slowly, the bells ringing with every skip. Finally reaching Fluerette's position, Haro Shika nodded to the blonde, looking over to the mayor, smiling.

Haro Shika looked down at the papers that Alphonse slid over in front of her. Picking up the pen, the young female quickly flipped through each sheet of paper. She quickly scrawled her name on the line that the mayor stated she had to sign on each page. Finishing the signing of her name, the female pushed the papers back over to the mayor. Haro Shika smiled, "I would really like a house off in the mountains. I always thought they were such a peaceful place to be and living there would be so much fun." The vampire flashed a smile to the mayor. She stepped back softly, waiting for Fluerette to finish explaining to the mayor where she wanted to live as well.

Al watched as Haro Shika quickly went through signing her signature to the lines provided. He smiled towards the child when she had finished. Nodding, "I'm sure I can get you a nice home out in the mountains. It'll be no problem at all," Al spoke to the silver-haired child, glancing over to the blonde now. Al chuckled softly, watching as Fluerette took the most particular care in writing her signature on the paper. Al reached over, taking the packet of papers that he had handed Haro Shika. Placing them in front of him, he watched as Fluerette finished with her signatures as well. Al took the papers as well, "The forest, eh? There are dangerous creatures that live out there and such. But, I'm certain that the area around the lake is extremely safe. So, I will be able to arrange a living quarter for you out in the forest, Fluerette," Al smiled to the blonde. He stood up from his seat, walking over to the door. Opening his wide doors, he looked back to the young females. "I'll be sure to inform you both when your houses are under construction. For the time being, you both are dismissed. A meeting has been planned around this time, as you can see, a mayor is extremely busy." Al smiled to the two, directing them towards the outside of his house.

Fluerette followed Haro Shika to the doors that Alphonse had now opened. The blonde smiled to the mayor, "It can be managed then? It would be so lovely to be living in the forest again. Thank you for your time, mayor. Pleasure meeting you." The blonde walked out of the mayor's manor with ease. The blonde-haired female followed the silver-haired individual, watching as she pranced from the location they were at. Fluerette giggled softly, making her way behind Haro Shika to the city square.
