Moving beyond the birth and first realization of Self represented by Aries, Taurus begins to physically explore the world. As such, possessions and physical touch are very important to Taureans. They tend to be richly sensual, enjoying the good things in life and the physical pleasures that come with them. Taurus is the Sign of the Physical. As the second Sign, Taurus also rules the second House: the House of Money and Possessions.
Taureans enjoy partnership and union, and use their charm -- as well as their focused perseverance -- to work toward harmony and personal security. Their sentimental, loyal, and romantic nature is sometimes wounded when they are contradicted or given orders.
The great strength of the Taureans is their stability and perseverance. Their methodical determination enables them to be productive when other people have long since given up. They are among the most dependable characters among the houses. The Esper- ChaosThe Esper of the Order of Taurus is Chaos, Walker of the Wheel "Vrishabha Ascendant. Tutelary deity of the sacred crystals fashioned by the gods at the time of the Great Making. Created in opposition to Mitron the Chastiser, scion of light. March 2009The Warriors Guild - Post your Application to Taurus"Based on the Three Standard Ranks of the Alliance: Squire, Knight, and Arc Knight; branching off into the Taurus Combat Ranks. To mark the contributions and deeds of an individual a "Gem" is awarded to show their progress. The Gems awarded differ based on the Combat Path of the Member. They will be displayed by the Member's username on the Roster. [[It would be like me giving you a Gold Star for doing good! Sir Zecarius can let you know all about this.]] For every Gem awarded to this individual, they "Ascend" one "Degree." ** For a Squire, the member would have to Ascend 10 Degrees to be eligible for a Knight title. **For a Knight, the member would have to Ascend 25 Degrees to be eligible for an Arc Knight title Also for the Combat Ranks (I will use the Red Mage Title Track for example) ** For a Spellsword, the member would have to Ascend 10 Degrees to be eligible for a Red Mage title ** For a Red Mage, the member would have to Ascend 25 Degrees to be eligible for a Red Wizard title etcetera Upon achieving the maximum amount of Gems per each rank, thus Ascending to the top sub-tier, the Member will then be eligible for Advancment into the next Rank. However they are NOT automatically Rank-advanced. To complete the process, the Member must private message either me or Lord Deatharte. They will then be given a special assignment, and judged for effectiveness (this section will be explained further later on). This also applies to the Taurus Combat Ranks. Gems can be earned in a variety of ways, mainly through the RPs and the zOMG! Either by myself, or Vice-Judge Deatharte Keep in mind: Gems can also be confiscated for any violations of the Rules and/or the Code of Conduct " Alrightie then, If you have not yet noticed, beside Thief crosfade's name and rank, there is a small "Gem" and a "Degree"
That "Gem" will be the foundation of the ranking system.
Some quick information about it:
- All gems for every Path will be different.
- The more gems a member has, the higher chance of promotion
- They will be awarded for sacrifices, suggestions, contributions, effort, commitment, etc.
Degrees:
- When a person is awarded enough gems, they are advanced a single deg.
Beginner Ranks 1st-2nd degrees
Medium Ranks 3rd-4th degrees
Advanced Ranks 5th-6th degrees
Honor Ranks 7th Degree NOTE: That as Gems are awarded, they may also be revoked if necessary at the violation of a rule. I am currently sorting out the finer details. P.S. If there is anyone that has a gem/precious stone they want implemented into the promotion system, send it to me for review. -Ranking System is now online, I require which path everyone wishes to travel.  - New Judge appointed - I am now searching for a Second-in-Command, to fill in for me should the need arise. The Order of Taurus: Statues, Regulations, Rules and Decrees
If you are to violate any of these, depending on the severity and situation, consequences and punishments shall be dealt accordingly.
An example of how I will deal with you if you push me:
" IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU KNOW HERE.
IT DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY POSTS YOU HAVE MADE. IF YOU VIOLATE ANY OF MY OR THE ALLIANCE'S RULES/DISRESPECT ME OR ANY OTHER MEMBER, YOU WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM MY ORDER" - All Orderlies are required to have at least one of the following Instant Messengers: AIM, MSN, or (very highly recommended) use MEEBO. Reason being that regular Order Meetings will be scheduled and held in these programs, for optimal communcation, between the Order.
1) Respect. That's a word tossed around a great deal around here. For excellent reasons. Respect, is the key. Respect others and you will be rewarded with the very same respect and dignity. This applys to all members of the Alliance, within this Order and the other eleven, and along the whole ranking Spectrum.
2) Make your every post count. If it takes more than one post, be my guest, SO LONG AS your content is productive and beneficial to the Order.
3) Be as Active as you can! At the end of every 2 weeks, you will be PM-ed by a Knight of the Order. Should you not respond with a week after this time, you will be(depending on your rank) demoted, or all entirely banished from the Order.
- This Order does not tolerate inactiveness lightly, especially as zOMG! has debuted. However, if you are to provide me with a legitimate, reasonable excuse, I will pardon you.
- At the end of every month, I will perform an inspection of the Orderlies.
- That is all for now.

Order of Taurus: Ranks
Upon acceptance into the Order of Taurus, new recruits have the option of choosing four combat styles, in representation of the four swords of Chaos. Each style has its own starter ranks, and progressively higher ranks in descendinging order. The last branch of every Path, will be personally assigned by the Judge.
~ The Path of the Fighter ~
Those who choose to charge headfirst into the chaos of battle, either to defend their allies or to crush their enemies under their feet.
(Tank titles will be highlighted in blue Damage dealing will be listed in Red
Squire
[Starter Rank] (At this stage, the Recruit will choose whether they want to specialize in either tanking or damage dealing)
Knight/Gladiator
[Medium Rank] (The Alliance Standard Rank) [A promoted Squire tested in combat]
Paladin/Dark Knight
[Advanced Rank] (These titles will be awarded for showing special valor and success in combat or at the Judge's discretion)
Divine Knight/Hell Knight
[Honor Rank] (Titles awarded for exceptional feats of valor and success in combat, must been deemed fit by the Judge)
~The Path of the Mage~
Those who choose to specialize in the Mystic Arts, healing/casting support magic on their allies, or casting devastating ranged spells upon their enemies.
(White magic titles will be highlighted in Orange and Black magic titles will be highlighted in Indigo)
Apprentice
[Starter Rank] (At this stage, the Recruit will choose between support magic or attack magic.)
White Mage(Priest)/Black Mage
[Medium Rank] (An Apprentice whose skills have been proven in combat)

Those who use speed and stealth in battle. Whether sneaking up on foes and striking them with swift attacks, or using ranged attacks from concealed positions, Those who follow the path of the thief use their hit and run techniques to bring their opponents down.
Thief
[Starter Rank] (At this stage, the recruit must choose whether they want to become a Rogue, specializing in close range speed/stealth attacks, or an Assassin utilizing longer ranged attacks and speed over direct engagements)
Rogue/Assassin
[Medium Rank] (A promoted Thief tested in combat)
Ninja/Sniper
[Advanced Rank] (Titles awarded for showing special valor and success in combat or at the Judge's discretion)
Ninja Master/Elite Sniper
[Honor Rank] (Titles awarded for exceptional feats of valor and success in combat; must been deemed fit by the Judge)
~The Path of the Red Mage~
Those who choose versatility over a specific role. The Red Mage can fulfill both a spellcaster or a fighter role if necessary, though they tend to make their own path using the best of both worlds. Due to the variability of the Red Mage there is only one branch needed.
