That's what I've heard T.T only two voulemes were realesed... which sucks cause I wanna know what happened.

All the release info still says it's supposed to release around the end of october or beginning of november. Where did you hear that it was discontinued?

I just checked the Seven Seas site and it sorta is true. The artist had a breakdown so it hasn't released a new chapter in Japan since Feburary. They are trying to either find a new artist or if that doesn't work waiting until the Artist can get everything under control and is willing to work on the manga again.
