I lost my cat a week ago today and it's been one of the hardest and saddest things I've ever had to go through. My cat ran outside and got hit by a car. She was like my baby and was such a part of my little family so her not being here anymore is incredibly difficult. Pumpkin was such a huge part of my life that I just feel so empty and not interested in anything. It's really sad. crying

So...have you ever lost a pet? How did you get through it?

I'm really sorry to hear about your cat crying

I've actually lost a few cats through the years myself, it is always so hard to deal with, because like you my pets are like members of my family. One cat I lost back in high school due to feline leukemia still makes me cry when I think about it. So I do know how you're feeling right now.

As for how I got through it... I honestly don't remember it being easy. I know I was going to get another cat to try to fill that emptiness, but the kitten I was going to adopt also ended up having feline leukemia. sad

I really hope things will get better for you citrimax, time heals all wounds, so with time I know it won't hurt as bad. And from what you said I'm sure she had a happy life with you so you do have that to be thankful about. heart

i never had any pet run away, but i've had a lot of cats die on me b4. 1st there was cleo, then there was morris, and then bella. tessa is still alive! *sniffle* i luv my pets. i'm sorry about ur cat, pumpkin. may cleo, bella, and morris rest in peace.
