Did anyone else feel like the ending just left you hanging. I thought it was sad but I was hoping for a little something more for the ending.

i think the only thing i thought that was left out was what happened to Rinoa and Squall AFTER she hugged him...... xp

I liked it. It's epic, climactic, and ties everything together. What did you think was missing (besides whatever Squall and Rinoa decide to do in their free time xp )?

Well that and they never really said that Laguna was Squall father they just kind of hinted to him being his father. I would have like to seen Laguna and Squall at Raine grave together at the end.

Well that and they never really said that Laguna was Squall father they just kind of hinted to him being his father. I would have like to seen Laguna and Squall at Raine grave together at the end. Oh, yeah... It's tough to imagine how Squall would react. He might just walk away without a word to think, and Laguna would probably get a leg cramp, and it would be all awkward, I think. I've got an idea; that would actually be hilarious if it were in the credits with all the other goofy stuff. It would be nice that it would be humorous, but since it's silent, you can still imagine the serious side, which is quite important in this, I think. Only then it would mess up the timeline a little... Hm... The grave thing would be nice too, really sweet and sad... Only it would mess up the timeline just as much, 'cause Squall's supposed to be in the Garden at that point. In any case, I also like that it was left a little ambiguous. That's another reason I think it would be good in the credits. You could only sort of guess what Laguna's telling him. I think I sort of rambled... Sorry...

The ending was one of my favs. Laughed so much at Zell almost choking, Irvine getting chewed out by Selphie for moving the camera on other ladies and then Quistis and Cid looked like they had something going on for a minute. Squall is the ultimate badass though.

I think the ending is one of my favorites...but it does kind of leave you hanging. But not as badly as VII and X. That's just my opinion though

the ending left nothing hanging. the kiss came after the hug... though you would have to look really closely since the camera is nearly around balamb garden.
