Dangerous Conversationalist

So both my Fieance and I are Satanists, and we'd like to get married by a friend of ours who also happens to be a priest in the church. He said he would marry us for free, provided that we pay for the catering for the after wedding dinner. I have a dress already (green velvet with black lace) and everything is ready to go, except the invite list. The problem is most of my family is not to keen on any religion that isn't Catholic or Christian. My dad is Native American and pretty lax about things like that, by my mom and her side of the family isn't. I'd like to have my aunt there as my maid of honor, but I have a feeling she wouldn't go for it. My Fieance's family doesn't really care, they go with just about everything, so we already decided that they'll be there. I'd like to have my family there too, but at the same time they wouldn't like it, and I'm not going to compramise myself and my religion just to make them happy. Should I invite them and having all hell break out, or not invite them and risk having them never speek to me again?

Well, ultimately you need to think of yourself first. If you're only considering inviting them to make them happy, there's no point. But clearly you are a little nervous about possibly losing contact with them because you may choose not to invite them at all.
I would speak with them. Give them verbal invitations, explain your anxieties yet stand firm by your choices. If they choose not to go, then so be it. If they think they can stomach it, wonderful!
Another choice you could go with is two ceremonies. You might choose to go with a modestly budgeted legal ceremony before a judge, and have your family attend that... Then make the Satanic wedding a private one.
