See it all from here.

So they managed to waste the whole day just hanging out in one another's rooms, fixing it up. Only from the insistence of Johnny Vincent, however, as Juvenile kept complaining that this was his first and last year at the school to begin with. He shouldn't bother making himself comfortable. However, the Italian girl would have none of that. "La casa è dove il cuore è." She'd chided him when they started in his room, first thing in the morning upon arrival. "Conjeturo que soy sin hogar, entonces." He'd muttered under his breath curtly. However, she'd caught it and elbowed him roughly. Their work didn't go to waste, however, as by the afternoon, they'd completely turned Juvenile's plain room into something more homely. His collection of beautiful, most cherished music boxes sat in a perfect line in a shelf above his black and white silk-sheeted bed. Pictures of his baby, his friends and such all hung around in a neat collage right of his bedside, whereas, to the left, were glass bottles filled with alcoholic poisons the galore. Of course, in a few days, the Hispanic's room would simply be untidy again, but, it didn't matter. After finishing Juvenile's room, they went on down the hall to Johnny Vincent's room, which to be honest, was considerably harder. Being slightly obsessive compulsive, things had to be borderline perfect or she would freak out. By the time they finished, her room looked the way she wanted. Soft, cheery white sheets patterned with blue and red stars covered her bed. All her collections of books were alphabetized and on a neat little shelf, held up by a single desk lamp and three frames of pictures, one of which was simply of a flower. Hidden under her bed was the spray-paint and such, to be used for later havoc. Complete with her techonological gadgets, it was home to her. Again, though, by the time they finished, it was already 10:45.

"Smoke break, please God." Muttered Juvenile, loosening the white tie that rested in the collar of his black button-up that was hardly buttoned up to start with. That accessory was the least important thing to him, as he did have the lock around his neck along with two chains and a dog collar. With simple pinstripe pants, he greatly contrasted Johnny Vincent, who wore a red sundress with a white ribbon tied around her waist to accentuate the curves she was gifted with and a pair of flats to match the red bow in her lolita-style hair. The Italian Mob Princess and the no-good street punk with too many piercings and hair gel in his half-assed mohawk. Never the less, they looked good in wearing what they wore, no matter the stares they got. "Aint it almost curfew?" Stated the girl lazily, tone of voice indicating that she didn't too much give a damn about it to start with. Juvenile's golden-amber eyes shifted to the girl who was technically part robot, pierced brow raised in surprise. "You're kidding, right, Jay-Vee?" Was all he said. Obviously, she was, considering she flicked off the lights and left the room, leaving poor Juvenile to run after her, quickly slamming the door.

"It's too bright in here." Johnny Vincent commented, blue hues wincing in the florescent lights. She placed a white gloved finger to her painted lips, smirking in thought. Juvenile chuckled. "Are you about to..." Before he could say 'do what I think you're about to do', the girl shifted into her ghastly, virus/cyber form and slipped into the electric socket. Traveling at 54.0 MBPS, she made it to the core engine room in the blink of an eye. 'Hmm... Let's see what I can do...' Mused the white-haired ghost inside of her head, having slipped out of the wires and in front of the main computer, which to somewhat of her dismay, was unguarded. Pressing her left palm on the computer screen, the cursed one she always wore a glove on so as to not always disrupt machinery, she implemented a virus of sorts into the system that would cause everything to crash within seconds. The screen turned a glowing blue and the lights began to flicker violently. Somewhere, on the farthest side of the school, she could not only hear screams from those frightened by the sudden blackout, but, the power generators shutting down as well. Smirking, she returned in a flash, beside Juvenile once more, who now stood in darkness. Face illuminated by the eerie glow of the green veiny wires running through her body. She was only gone for a minute and thirty seconds, having spent ten of those seconds in the computer room. "You really just did that...Again." But, he wasn't complaining. Already, students aware of the blackout started coming out of their rooms, figuring the teachers couldn't do anything in the dark anyway. It was past curfew, but, since when did the two ex-Harbingers care?

Ready to finally let loose, Johnny Vincent returned to her human form and they headed up the stairs leading to the roof. "The night air feels good against my skin." Muttered the girl, twirling in her dress a little before pulling a wine-flavored Black from behind her unpierced ear and lighting it with Juvenile's lighter. Underneath the luminescence of the moon, the two thought they were alone beneath the sky lit by stars and untouched by humanity's city destruction. Quiet and relaxation at last.

          [ Translation; [in order]
"Home is where the heart is." - Italian
          "I guess I'm homeless, then." - Spanish.

          Explanation;
Johnny Vincent can understand Spanish perfectly but not speak a bit of it.
It's reverse for Juvenile, who understands Italian completely but can't speak it.
This comes in handy, though, for confusing people by conversing in two completely different languages. ]

User ImageDaiesthai made her way quickly to the rooftop, walking when she had to, and flying when she could. She didn't care for flying indoors, there was rarely room to spread her wings and she hated smashing them into things. She'd already bumped them into a door frame and they were very sore.

When she reached the exit to the courtyard she paused, trying to decide whether to go out and fly up, or to stay in and take the stairs. She decided to take the stairs. She didn't like the sun, it burnt her skin very rapidly. She was hoping there would be good shade somewhere on the roof or she wouldn't even bother to go out.

After climbing the stairs, Dai was winded. She wasn't used to walking a lot, especially up stairs. She paused for a moment, leaning against the wall, and took several deep breaths. She realized that she didn't like breathing and thought about looking into a way around it.

After her heart rate returned to normal and her breathing even out, she stepped to the door and pulled it open a crack, just enough to look out. She peeked past the door, and found a small shaded spot next to a vent of some sort. She threw open the door, spread her wings wide, and flew in one quick burst to the shaded spot. The view wasn't good from where she stood and she rapidly began to grow annoyed. She paused for a moment, trying to decide whether to go back inside or not.

User ImageAfter a few moments of repositioning and trying to get a good view of the grounds, Daiesthai grew tired and annoyed. She couldn't see down well from where she was standing and she was beginning to get warm.

The sun was slowly making it's way across the sky and Dai was rapidly running out of shade. She kept slinking back closer and closer to the vent, all the time her view getting worse. She glared evilly up at the sky, wishing the the sun would set and never rise again.

She readied herself for the trip back to the door to the stairwell. She pulled her hat down over her face, and tugged her jacket sleeves down, trying to cover as much of her skin as possible. In one quick burst she flew head first at the door, knocking it open and landing inside in just a few seconds. Even though she'd been out in the direct sunlight only a short time, her skin was already a dark reddish-brown, almost sun burnt. She cursed silently under hear breath.

Dai shut the door behind her, slamming it hard in her annoyance. The boom echoed loudly in the empty hallway and she cursed again, hoping no one heard her. She wasn't really in the mood for company today. She turned and began to make her way down the halls once again, heading back to her dorm.

Just as the doors were slammed, a dour figure approached from a slowly-diminishing shadow. His quiet, forboding tone rung out in the darkness, "Finally... that witch is gone. Perhaps now, I can have more time to myself. Wretched thing... ruining my peaceful dawn. One would think someone as... decorated as she would be a bit less uncouth. But, moving right along..." Seemed whoever else may be up at the rooftop, he had ignored entirely. Only the witch had caught his glance, and was worth commenting on at all.

Now that he felt things were more in his favor, he sat himself in clear view of the rising sun, pulling a fountain pen from his thick jacket pocket. opening a mostly-blank book, he began to scribble away, losing himself in his story. As far as he was concerned, noone else on the planet existed. It was a good feeling.

After a while... Dwinn grew excessively bored with his mediocre sunset, and took to his feet. "Perhaps there will be better inspiration inside the facilities. Ironically enough, there is no magic in the air right now. I need something... volatile. I need some contrast, I need more clashing auras for my story... and the words are not hitting the pages." With a flick of his coat, he sauntered off, letting the darkness of the doorway engulf his figure, and he was gone.

User ImageCoal black eyes looked nervously ahead through messy strands of matching grey-black hair, the young girl looked confused. She was outside apparently, which was not something she had been anticipating. With a sigh, the girl who went by the nickname of Lucy, used one hand to pull back her bangs and look around silently, Crap, these aren’t the dorms. She mentaly scolded herself, chiding that she looked like some stupid freshmen lost on their fist day of school. Well actually, it was sort of like that. Lucy mumbled to herself and glanced around nervously, as she noticed that this place was so neat. She looked down with cold eyes, wondering why everything in this world had to be so pretty and organized. She tightened her hands into fists, for she absolutely hated it! Why couldn’t she ever see something in this world that wasn’t made to look perfect, for nothing was perfect in life. Even her seemingly flawless family wasn’t perfect yet they all acted like it, in fact personally she found their find of perfectiong to be artificial. She felt hatred and fear bubble up in her as she looked at the to artificially perfect world that existed from her view. While many people would stare in awe for seeing such a beautiful campus, she felt the opposite. Fear, anxiety, and imperfection.

To think! At first she had been happy to leave her home and to travel to a new place full of people like her, yet here she was an outcast again. Her first day, and she’d been to much of a coward to even talk to a single person. She hadn’t even asked the faculty members where her dorm was! Instead she had set out to find it by herself and ended up getting miserably lost. She walked over to the chain linked fence that was on one side of the roof top, and pulled out her handy chisel. She touched the fence lightly with it and let the tempting yet familiar want for destruction take her over. With sudden yet unexplained movements, she started hacking at the chain linked fence with the chisel and ripping and bending the metal until there where large disfigured holes in it. She back off breathing heavy and tightened her grasp on her chisel with wild eyes. She was so ashamed at herself. Here she was again, in a new school and already she was breaking things. Honestly would she never grow up!

Having grown generally bored with the hallway and all that occured, Salem managed to seperate herself from Harlem and wander around the school until she eventually came across a set of stairs. Since the school only had two floors, those must obviously lead to the roof. Grinning to herself in a Chesire cat manner, the summoner skipped up the steps, purposely missing every other step out of simple habit. 'You're going to hurt yourself." Sneered Morrigan, disgusted with her childlike behavior. Of course, it was true, no matter how cruel the vain demoness sounded. The oldest was always the wisest. This remark of her's, however, was rebuked by a giggle resembling windchimes, soft and tingly. 'Oh Morrigan, don't be so mean!' And the youngest was always the sweetest. Salem paused in her steps, shaking her head to tell the two to shut up for once. She pushed open the door and came across a rather strange sight. A young girl stood, mutilating and violently beating up... The fence?

She blinked, watching as she worked at it, unlinking the metal wires that were connected together. "Awkward..." Mumbled the girl, still stepping closer to get a better look. "Any reason why you're taking your anger out on that poor fence right there?" She asked innocently, cocking her head.

The chisel dropped to the floor, as Lucy froze in surprise. At the very moment that she realized that somebody else was here, her sudden rage had vanished in thin air. She stood wide-eyed frozen and staring at the fence, too shocked to turn around. Hands shaking, she dared to glance around and face her new guest in dumbstruck silence. How unfortunate! It had taken the girl less than one day to be labelled as a freak, and already her life at this school was doomed. She took in the girl through her strands of messy coal hair that blocked most of her face, and noticed the pink hair on the girl more than anything else. This girl seemed very cheerful and her tan yet healthy look made Lucy feel insecure. The stranger had the stance and looks that screamed 'confidence', and that made frightened young Lucy shake in terror. The only thing that Lucy didn’t take in was the girls eyes, since out of habit, little medusa tried to avoided eye contact alll together.
Lucy turned back to the fence and looked at it for a while, trying to find something to say. Yet she didn’t know why she bothered, since she wouldn’t tell the girl anything. Lucy never told anybody anything because she was afraid that they would listen to her and laugh. So instead the girl silently picked up her chisel and stuffed it away, her head looking down at the floor ashamed. Her hair created a protective barrier around her face and hid her expression as she addressed the girl,
No.Despite the fact that Lucy was quiet, she was not actually shy. She just preferred not to answer people with more than one word in fear of them getting close to her.

User ImageWoah. The girl was shaking. Salem cocked her head, blinking. Had she started her or something? Even though they were the about the same height, an inch more or less, something about the girl beating up the fence made her seem younger. Well, obviously, it had to be the shaking she was doing. Something else bothered her. The fact she blatantly avoided making eye contact with her. It was rather odd, since, the first thing people looked at was her head, considering her hair color... No, wait, she had looked at her hair. And everywhere else for that matter. Just not her eyes... Salem couldn't help but feel sorry for the girl for some reason. 'She's weak. What more is there to say?' Morrigan sneered, sticking her nose in the air. Sisi said nothing, obviously ignoring the demon-girl and focusing on the current issue at hand. Head cocked, she attempted to look past the mask of hair but failed miserably in doing so, settling on just looking at the top of her head. Salem couldn't help but feel kind of bad. After all, this young girl was all by herself on the top of a roof, beating up fences for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Was she troubled? She couldn't answer with certainty, really, considering she was never the troubled kid. It was always Harlem who acted out, after all. "Then why hurt the poor fence?" She asked softly, as though speaking to a child. To be honest, it wasn't the fence she really gave a damn about, of course.

Carter had a decent nap and decided to take a trip up to the roof to look out on the school. His eyes were tried an his brain hurt, but parts of him desparetly needed to make friends. He walked over to the edge of the roof and sat down. He swung his feet over the side and looked around the campus.

Lucy took a step back defensively and looked at Salem with cold eyes, she was scared that this girl was getting too sentimental. Her vibrant pink hair made her untrustworthy to Lucy, yet then again everybody was not to be trusted in the young girl’s eyes. She didn’t want people to care about her, because that way nobody would get hurt if she snapped. She’d seen what happened to the people she was sent to attack and it wasn’t pretty. Lucy looked at the ground and spoke defensively,Because. She stated it simply and coldly, her stance made it look like she was aggravated yet in reality she wasn't. Backing up out of habit when she was frightened, Lucy had completely forgotten that she was on the edge of the roof. As soon as she felt her foot step off solid ground and fell backwards, she looked up noticing that she’d stepped right of the roof. A normal person would scream in this situation, yet she remained in silent shock as she plummeted towards her death. She held out her hand and desperatly tried to grab the edge of the roof but missed it completaly.

It's a hunters urge to know the hunting ground. That's why Johny even started climbing all those steps towards the roof. All that training was good for something as Johnny almost ran towards the roof. He could feel the damp air of the school building disappear as he was getting closer to the roof top. His nostrils were filling with fresh air on every step he took.

Johnny was 19. He was built nicely for his age as he spent his entire life training. He was a hunter born in raised in Italy, bond to travel the world after he got banned from his village.

The school was something new from him. Every place Johnny traveled to was something new. He had to put a hand in front of his eyes as the the sudden bright light blinded him. The view... The view was stunning. That thought crossed his mind as soon as he was able to see. The young Italian took a few steps forward, going towards the edge of the roof and took it all in.

"Nina would love it." His death fiancée was always on his mind. After her death his life ended and now he was trying to rebuild it piece by piece, step by step. But now he was in the school trying to mature and to get to live again.

Johnny looked around the grounds just sitting on the warm roof as the minutes passed.

"Huh. It's been a while, hasn't it?"

How long had it been? Since he'd taken some time to come up here, and stare up at the heavens? Well...he assumed that the heavens were up there. He wasn't quite sure. Were they? Maybe it was all an elaborate ploy, and actually the depths of hell were beyond those small, drifting clouds. Maybe...just maybe. Then again, he was probably just thinking too much about something that didn't really matter. Especially considering he didn't care. Aeske's words were, naturally, directed to no-one. Amidst the azure sky, coated with clouds, that he looked up towards with mild interest, and mild contempt, perhaps someone had heard him. Perhaps. He very much doubted any deity, should they even exist, care for his most peculiar whims. He had to say, he didn't half blame them for not caring.

Sprawled out on the floor in a rather clumsy manner. That was his current status. His cap covering the top half of his eyes, pretty much restricting him from looking directly up at the skies, Aeske managed to stifle a large intake of air into naught but a small yawn. He'd missed quite a bit of school, hadn't he? Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, it wasn't his fault. His cross had been removed in his sleep by some jackass as a practical joke a few months back, and things escalated out of control quite quickly from there on.

"Xepher...dammit." Sitting up, Aeske pushed himself up from the ground and onto his feet. Actually, he didn't feel like leaving this place just yet. No, no. He still had some time to muse. To kill. To go somewhere else would inevitably be the end result of whatever he planned on doing right now, but for the time being, he could kid himself into thinking he was content in staying up there for the rest of his days.

"Tch...! How am I gonna' explain this to Teach'? What a joke." Aeske's attention was temporarily drawn away from his woes, as he looked upon the sky once again. Really, it did help him forget quite easily, didn't it? Clutching his right hand before him, aiming for the sky, Aeske couldn't help but feel that one day, he really would grasp that damned, carefree azure plane above him in his hands. He'd make certain of it, no doubt.

Well...he'd have to put Xepher into good use somehow, right? Adjusting his cap, Aeske grinned in spite of his seemingly foul mood. Nah, he wasn't in a bad mood. Hell, he had the feeling that today was going to be a pretty decent day...

Life at school had been quite the rollar coaster since Jessica arrived, which made her rather unhappy. All she had wanted was for everything to go just fine. She just wanted to get along with people and make new friends. Unfortunately, she had done neither. The group of people she had initially met evidently found her to be a whore, one of them being a suicidal boy who was well... suicidal. But they were gone, which left her being alone. A l o n e. It was really quite the horrible word. It even sounded dismal, which left Jessica in a rather depressed mood. She was without a single friend at school, a thought that had never occured to her when she first arrived. She had always been the type to make friends rather quickly, but for some reason she had found herself unable to do so. Was there something so horrible about her that drove people away? Ah well, she would just start over. Classes hadn't started yet, so she still had a chance.. right?

The slender girl made her way to the roof top, blue hues fixed onto the ground her feet were treading on. The empty roof top was the perfect place for her to go, for at that moment she actually did desire to be alone. After everything that had happened to her in her short time there she just needed a moment to think; a moment to collect her thoughts before throwing herself back into reality. As a sigh escaped her newly glossed lips she finally averted her blue gaze away from the ground below her and up towards the world around her. Immeditely, her gaze latched onto a figure on the roof top as well that proved to her that she wasn't alone. Damn, and she had hoped she could collect her thoughts, but apparently she would have to socialize instead. Just great. Just ******** great.

"Hi." Jessica said finally, her smooth voice only giving away some of the certainty she felt. Maybe trying to make a new friend wouldn't be the worst thing. The boy didn't seem too unplesant, especially with the grin that was spread across his face. Ah yes, perhaps it would be a good thing to talk to someone. That way she could clear her mind... or well fill her mind with the thoughts of his.

Well, Aeske hadn't expected to hear a voice; he had to admit. He had just gotten ready to pretty much escape from the realm that was the rooftop, glide on down the stairs and actually find out what Dorm he'd be in. After all, it wasn't as if he could stay in the same room. He mused over the thought; had the room been repaired? Then again, one couldn't laugh at the situation too much. It was a pretty disgusting thing to happen, you know; having a demonic beast of some description engulf your very being and begin to combine its own nature with your half-undead nature. Really...he was lucky he wasn't fully transformed into a Ghoul by the Academy. That would just be depressing.

Then again, it's not as if he'd be aware that it would be depressing.

Ah, but he was drifting off. There was a girl who'd just addressed him, so it was about damn time he actually responded to her. Tipping his hat to the girl, Aeske grinned once again. "Yo'." A casual, calm voice left Aeske. His tone was quite strange; it was as if he'd known this girl for a long time. It had a sense of familiarity to it. Of course, he'd only just met her; but social boundaries almost always got in the way of a good, decent conversation. So Aeske would just smash through those, and act in a manner that he felt comfortable with.

First time meetings didn't have to be awkward, after all.

Stretching out, Aeske placed his hands behind his head, as he looked on to the girl. She was quite a pretty lass, actually. A rather...interesting colour in her hair. It dangerously contrasted his own ebony hair. Fun stuff, that was. Ah, the silence had gone on for a bit longer than he'd planned. Giving a small salute to the girl, Aeske spoke once again. "Th' name's Aeske. Aeske Cerhazlor. S'pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Aeske wandered over to the fenced-off edge of the roof, looking down into the courtyard now, before up to the cloudy sky once again. Finally, his eyes came back to rest upon this girl again, and he gave a small smile. "'S been a while since I met someone new 'round here. So...hi." A large smile and another tip of the hat, and Aeske was done with his introduction to this girl.

He could only hope she didn't think him a freak for his casual attitude towards her.
