She is the policewoman in red from Someutsushi-hen, Onisarashi-hen's remake for the Nintendo DS, and Kageboushi-hen, which is in Higurashi Kizuna Sou.

(If anyone can find more info, it will be a great help!)

She is pretty cool, since she is nice in her investigating, unlike Oishi, although that may be a hinderence to it.

She also seems to work under or with Oishi and Akasaka, judging from one of the two trailers for the second Higurashi DS game.

Apperently, she also has an friend who is important to her, again according to the trailer I mentioned.
