Death can be summoned by a Name, darker than the darkest night, crueler than the cruelest deed, as painful than the depths of hell, such is the Name of Death
It is that very name the must be not be spoken; because as with sin comes death, with death comes sin (bad things happen when the name of death is said). Once before the power of death's name seeped out from the seals that had contained it for hundred and thousands of years. The damage and chaos was unfathomable. To prevent such a thing from happening again the Name was separated and sealed to be protected by reincarnating guardians, each of a different race. Now the seals are be worn down by someone or something and the Guardians must ban together to find and reseal each part of the Name and destroy whatever is trying to reap death and destruction by using the Name.

Setting: The Wings of Death, as the vessels of it's name have become known as, are meeting at the center most point of Ca'ai'n, the capital city, Arkan. This is around the same time frame as the other RPs I suppose and in a parallel world...

Sasha drew her cloak around her even closer, as if its dark whispers of silk could barricade her from the constant stares of the city dwellers. She longed to look up at the comforting sky that loomed with rain, and away from there faces, but for fear of her face and oddly colored hair being discovered, she didn't dare to. Rather she stared at the ground which her sore bare feet would soon meet. She had never worn anything over them for she never had to walking among the soft mossy paths of home, but now she longed to stop at one of the listless shops and buy a pair of shoes. She knew her guards, who followed at a respectful distance, would not allow her a moment of indulgence and sighing she wished she had already met the other wings so she could bid them adieu and send them back home.

Rennir walks down the street, holding his flail handle with the flail-head on his back. He looks around, wondering what the other WoDs would be. Sighing, he makes a bee-line for a tavern, again regretting that they didn't have a solid meeting place established.

((Here goes one of my late night illiterate posts. Just a warning.))
Alendys followed Sasha stealthily. Sasha looked highly suspicious, The capital ity was highly fortified, and although many people traveled through, it was mostly a city of traders and goods. Sasha still looked slightly out of place. Alendys herself didn't look too normal either, but that didn't bother her.

((I'll make a profile later.)) "A tisket, a tasket, a green and yellow basket," Veeria sang lightly as she wandered the streets of Arkan. It was just a silly little nonsense song, but the happy tune bolstered her spirits. She had been looking around the city for the past few days, trying to find the Wings. It wasn't going well. But she knew they were here, and that it was only a matter of time before she found them.

Jin felt hands, many hands, poking him, prodding him, pushing him. They herded him away, away from the drinks and music, and out, towards the street. Maybe he would smash them, but that would not help Jin. Jin knew better than to hurt humans for no reason, no reason outside of being attacked. Being pushed was not a reason to hurt them, and he did as mother always said, and let himself be pushed out of the tavern. Jin spread his arms out in the street, enjoying the hustle and bustle of the noisy people walking by, avoiding him, staring at him. He didn't mind, not any more. He learned his lesson on the way there. He had been bad, and he had been punished, but he learned quickly. Jin looked down and squinted in the light. Jin was supposed to meet some other people, people who were supposed to be protectors of some kind or another. But, supposing didn't get anything done, and it didn't reveal any sort of secret or meeting. He spun around silently, trying to spot anyone he could recognize, or anyone that would recognize him.

Rennir sees a half-orc being pushed out of a taver, and unconscienciously holds his flail handle a little tighter. Orcs were nothing but trouble, always so darn sure that everything already belonged to them. And half-orcs were usually little better. Calmly, he walks past the half-orc, bumping his shoulder into the others. He hears a strange happy song, and wonders what kind of simple minded person would create a song like that.

Sasha looked up from under her long silver lashes at the commotion at the tavern, her face giving no hint of the fear the clawed at her heart. Signaling to her guard to stay back, she hovered closer and closer to the commotion with weary steps. A cheery tune floatd and mixed in the air, comfortingly, and she longed to find it's source but felt an unexplainable urge to search for the source ofthe commotion as well. As if her sixth sense was compelling her to move closer and closer than she would have found desirable at any other time.

Jin spun around and his right hand went out and gripped the hair of the dwarf, the one that seemed to have purposefully hit him. He was to his limit of being nice and passive, and this runt of a dwarf's actions tipped him over. He pulled back, trying to get the dwarf closer to him. "Why you do that?" he bellowed. Jin no longer cared if he was causing people to stare, if people were creating an uproar about it.

As Veeria turned onto another street, she immediately saw some sort of fight, or one in the making. She immediately stopped singing, and instead dashed forward, her frown hidden by the red and gold mask that covered the upper half of her face. She brushed her mask with a hand, hoping that it hid her dread as well. She knew well enough that people who tried to interrupt fights often ended up the worst off, though she hoped it wouldn't end up being a brawl. "Hey, hey! What's this about?" She said in an overly cheerful voice, letting it carry over the crowd. She noticed how burly both of the men were, especially compared to her slender frame, but she didn't back down. Strength didn't make everything.
