This is where the King will add the name of a mark that has been approved for the list.

Any person on the list is worth a reward that can be chosen by the one who killed or captured the mark.

If your character does illegal things they may be added to the list no matter what nationality.

Applications for additions to the hit-list can be posted in the Kings office to him directly, and they will be taken into consideration.

An application must look like this.
