Control Denied is the last project Chuck Schuldiner was working on before his tragic death in 2001. Its very interesting to listen to, I got their first (and so far only) release "The Fragile Art of Existence" today. Its obscure sounding, with a heavy progressive influence, but his death metal roots remain highly evident. The lyrical content is very spiritual and deep, more personal to him then they were with Death. Overall, I think its very good. I'm looking forward to the day when the rest of the members can record the rest of the second album, on which they were working when Chuck passed.
