If you could be either, what powers would you have or how would you take over the world?

I would be a hero. But like a villain. Because I would take over the world, get rid of world boundaries, and then get rid of all governments, make everyone rich or poor within a span (so it's not communism or capitalism), fine all the wrong-doers until they're poor, send criminals to African mines, give food to the poor, make everyone get jobs, make poaching of endangered species illegal and send the poachers to Africa, give all criminals a second chance, send criminals who commit crimes during their second chance to Africa, watch specifically the criminals with their third and final chance because they understand why, send and punish criminals who commit crimes during their third chance to Africa, create more wind powered/hydro powered plants, ban oil use until it is safe again, check up all the factories for pollutants, hire inventors to create eco-friendly and efficient items, work with G.E. to make eco-friendly stuff, hire breeders to breed endangered animals, limit children to two per family so demand would not go up, fine the parents for any extra children, make healthcare available to all, kill all people who try to kill me (not those who oppose me, though), unite all under me, solve the Jewish/Muslim problem by mixing them together or ELSE, call for world peace, and separate every place into continents for new governments instead of countries when I die. I rule the world.
That pretty much about sums it all up. I call it Dr. Horriblism.

I'd be a villain--life's just more fun if you're evil. But, sorry, I can't share my master plan for destroying the status quo. You never know who might be reading this post...

I would be a villain, who used her mastery of subliminal messaging in internet virals to take over the minds of the world... one... brain... at... a... time.

I'd like to say I'd be as cool as Dr. Horrible, but I couldn't be evil if I tried. I'd definitely be a hero - but more along the lines of Supergirl than Captain Hammer, haha. I'd love the ability to fly or superspeed, and I'd probably be a sort of vigilante stopping muggings and bank robberies and such. I wouldn't be able to enforce true "justice" though: I believe too strongly in forgiving people. Man, I would be a pretty lame supervillain or superhero! x'D

I too would have to be a hero. Not like a Captain Hero, more like the Dr. Horrible as Hero. Maybe I could help people like Dr. Horrible realize his heroism. If he had realized before Penny died, (well it wouldn't have been a Whedon ending) things would have turned out fine. The world would be much better off

I don't think I'd make to good of a Hero or a Villain, more like a rogue. I'd be that vigilante that one guy said he was nearly killed by and his/her cell mate would say opposite XD. I'd have the ability to fly, near invulnerability (like Caption Hammer) and Telekineses.

i would want to be a villain despite the fact most adults think im a goody two shoes but my friends know im not
as for super powers i would wanna fly have invisibility and the ability to know peoples weaknesses and use that against them
